Bought slippers from My Shoe. Contacted them, when after less than 6 months there were holes in both slippers(made of boiled wool). They offered me a 40% discount on a future purchase from their site. Really?

I purchased two products and the day they arrived, I wanted to return one unused. Nowhere on there site do they have a way to do it and when you call their phone number *******065, the mailbox is full. They advertise refunds with 20 percent restocking fee which was fine with me. I would advise never to use this site.
Very bad experience.

Was looking forward to buying some stuff from this website to clean up some shoes. Had a question about the order immediately after I placed it, so I called and emailed. Got zero response. The next day I emailed again to see if anybody checked the account (maybe they were closed?) and the woman basically was like yeah what's the problem? Despite me telling her I had a question. Eventually she told be that I don't check my emails because she sent "about 10" - in actuality I had 3, none of which addressed my question. Just became completely unresponsive and suggested telling me I don't check my emails.
Pretty annoying process and really didn't treat me like a valued customer (maybe I'm not).

I ordered some shoe cream and it came fast and easy! Not sure why the negative reviews but im a repeat customer!

On October 3rd I placed an order but I left my apartment number off the shipping address. The postal service tracking system returned the products to the original sender. My credit card was charged but I can't get in contact with anyone via emails or phone calls. I made several attempts but still no response. It is October 28th as of today

Have been trying to contact this company for over a month for an incorrect order they sent. Never got the correct size or my money back. Reported them to the BBB and FTC.

Pure fraud. Avoid at all costs. They never sent me any item and will not respond to emails asking for shipment status.

So i needed my product within a week and their website said my order would ship out in 1-2 days and i would get a confirmation code. Its been 2 weeks, they dont reply back to my emails, i am this close to filing a dispute. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE, it might not be a scam but customer service is horrible

Good stuff for cheap ordered twice all came not sure why so many bad reviews

My order was never shipped. USPS has created a label but has never receive the product. My credit card has been charged and I have the card company reviewing why this has never been shipped. Probably will have to be just another lesson learned. My Shoes will not respond to any request I have sent them. Bad company, don't order from here.

I ordered shoe cream and a shoe brush from this company. All items were apparently in stock when I ordered and the projected delivery date was within a week of placing the order. When more than a week went by, and the USPS had apparently never received the package (according to a package tracking app), I contacted the company. I was told they couldn't fulfill my order due to not having the items in stock after all. They promptly issued a refund - but not a complete refund. Shipping costs were not refunded, even though nothing was shipped, and $1 per item I had ordered was also not refunded. Buyer beware!

I've ordered a few times from Myshoesupplies and they have been great honestly. Never had an issue with them

Be careful, the colors don't match what is advertised, refused to return the bottle, bad customer service.

I contacted them and 5 fays latter they got back to me and told me " if I had questions i should have ask" and " customers pay for all returns... even when its their mistake.
