I'm reading from others that MySoapBox is a waste of time. IT IS! So many surveys I didn't qualify for. Too many broken links. I want to cash out, but I can't reach anyone to do so! This may have been a legit site in the past. Feels like scammers have taken over.

Tip for consumers:
Go to other survey sites that are honest and actually value their survey takers. Also pay you in a short amount of time.

I haven't been able to go into my account for three days. Support isn't getting back with me. I get an error every time I hit submit when I get an email Survey. I have no way of knowing if my finish surveys are getting credited to my account, my account balance, or the ability to redeem my points. Not happy.

This survey I took for SoapBox was really cool - had me untangle anagrams and make choices given certain data points and various parameters - very hard to describe but intellectually challenging and stimulating and fun all in one - Thank You, SoapBox!

Did 2 separate surveys this morning. They waited to the end after 30+ minutes to finish,to tell me I didn't qualify to take the surveys I had just completed. Is thus not why they typically ask questions first to make sure you will be included. Not make you give your opinions just to be told you don't qualify. Well what,may I ask, do you do with my surveys. Cause seems awfully funny I had to finish to be told I cannot participate. I already had! -1 that's my rating

I thought this would be an interesting way of giving my opinion and getting some small reward. NO - when you get to the level of redeeming and write to ask about it, they stop your access. Stay away!

I'm a member of several survey sites. MySoapBox is the worst for one very specific reason. They have by far the highest rejection rate (YourSurveys coming a close second). That is, you can complete a survey, get credits to your account, but then sometime later (usually in 1-2 months) you will have the credits taken away because your answers were deemed faulty or inconsistent. You'll never know which survey or which specific answers caused the credit reversal either. So, it's all lacking transparency and therefore a complete waste of time. Stay away from this site. There are many other worthy survey sites that reward your time and diligence in honestly completing surveys.

Tip for consumers:
I suggest not using the site at all.

I had the same experience as several others. They decided I hadn't taken a survey in a while and they deleted my account. When I emailed them and told them I had taken a survey they gave me some lame excuse that it wasn't their survey and that was all that counted. They said I could rejoin. When I asked if they would give me the points I'd earned they said they had no way of knowing how many points I had had. They took over ******* points that it had taken several years to earn.

Seriously, this is a criminal site. I spent months building up my points until I could cash out a decent amount and when I did, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to process. A month later, no payment had arrived.

I contacted MySoapBox and was told that due to quality control checks, I would not be paid and would in fact also be blocked from the site. Again, they gave me no word that this would happen and I had to contact them to find out. Absolute garbage.

So I've been completely ripped off by MySoapBox and have no recourse to get the money I'm owed by them. I use many survey sites and this is the only one that hasn't paid me. Incidentally they're also the only ones who've ever accused me of not filling in surveys properly.

I'd advise anyone to avoid this site. There is an extremely good chance they WILL NOT PAY YOU. There's plenty of better sites out there. Criminal sites like this will soon be out of business hopefully and good riddance...

I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks just to get new password cause they say mine is correct. I have a lot of points that I can redeem but you can be sure that they have gotten paid for from the companies. This is so frustrating.

Tip for consumers:
they are a crocked company. you do surveys then they lock you password and they will not respond to you. i have been trying for 3 weeks but you can be sure they are getting paid from their companies that have them conduct the survey.

I did not get any points for completing 15-20 minute surveys, I hate this survey site. It was very disappointing to waste my valuable time completing a survey and get nothing. This is unfair to me ad anyone else.

You'll spend 15-30 mins doing an entire survey only to be told at the end that you're not qualified. They do this so they get the survey info they need to be paid by their clients, but they don't have to reward you for your precious time.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time. You'll just be doing their work for them without compensation.

Soap box has a whole lot of survey time and not enough incentives to want to continue doing their overly boring surveys

I have been a soapbox survey take it for the past 3-4 years recently I cashed out 25,000 points for a Lands End ecard that was three months ago I still haven't received it I used to receive their cards or whatever gifts that I cash out my points for in like 2 weeks I don't know what happened to them it seems like they're ripping me off I have complained about this written to them and I get no answers back I've been a survey taker for them like I said for three and a half years something went wrong with this site that has turn them into rip-off artists I wouldn't join it if I was you

Took forever to get to ******* to cash out. Finally get there and 3 weeks no rewards I have emailed. Every day asking where is it to get told they are working on it. Huge waste of time

Apparently I don't qualify for most of the surveys. They make you answer a ton of personal questions first then tell you that you don't qualify.

I just did a whole survey that took about ten minutes. At the end they said I didn't qualify because of my demographic location. They ask for this information at the end of the survey.

I don't do surveys because I read the bad reviews about that. I have done a product testing opportunity and a research study. I had to contact them many times to get the points. They gave me the points because the researchers contacted them. And I have waited a long time to get them too. They only have gift cards and not many options if you want to keep the money for yourself. I did 2 communities activities and I only got one credited because I wrote to them 2 times. One time I have tried to do surveys and never qualified and then the survey stopped working. I'm gonna try redeeming the points after I get the last 10k points for a product testing. After that I will delete it. Don't waste your time.

I was promised compensation for completing a 90 minute survey and never received compensation. I emailed them over three times via support, facebook, and I called the corporate phone number with no response. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB, but I don't think they will respond. I would like to file a lawsuit against Mysoapboxsample so that everyone who has missed out on money can get compensated. Please reach out to me and send a message so we can start the process. They can't continue doing this to people. My time is precious.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Swagbucks is way better and they pay ontime. Survey Junkie is also reliable as well.

So I was doing a review and I noticed it seemed like they wanted me to Bash Animal planet for some reason. Then when they found what political party I was. Then they wanted me to answer some questions on camera. I refused, then they wanted to know who I was voting for when I said who i was voting for they stop the survey abruptly and sorry for the disruption. So I want to know who is behind this website. It was supposed to be for free give aways. They got to deep in my personal business

I racked up ******* points waiting to reach ******* to redeem and they dis-activated my account without telling me I have to contact their support all they want is your time so they can get paid they said I failed multiple control checks impossible they never showed me any proof they believe I should just believe them what idiots.

I have been a member for years and every 2 or 3 months they steal points saying I did something wrong on a survey but won't tell me what it is so in my opinion they are stealing from their members. I can only assume that it is not just me. If it weren't for that they are an average survey site.
