Claim Your BusinessI've made two orders from this company and I can honestly say laura the owner has contacted me each time I've written her an email with all of my concerns. For everyone who's hating on the fact that she'll cancel your order read her web info she doesn't deal with rude people. I dunno bout u but my parents taught me u get what u give. I've already told a bunch of my girlfriends about this website and they all think its awesome... give the lady a break she's a 1 woman crew... if she was such a beast she wouldn't email anyone with :) (FACES)!
Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Beads I ordered were cheap looking and not the colors on the website. Customer service is horrible. And she charges a restocking fee even if the product is not what you ordered.

In the beginning, I had problems. That very same day, the owner contacted me and mentioned that on her site, email was the best way to contact her. I came to find out that Microsoft Outlook wasn't so reliable and never sent my email! When I contacted her immediately through the receipt email to void my order, she responded in 5 minutes. I actually ordered from her to use the product for a product Fashion Show in Atlanta. She LOVED the picture. Not only was she great to work with, but the product came in a day early than expected! And I made a quick delivery for a different product that was supposed to be there earlier!
I was greatly impressed and would love to work with her when I graduate an become a designer.

Horrible experience
I placed a large order July 10th I called the owner and said i was leaving August 25 it came August 27 when. Got home Sept 3 I opened I box and saw that the $250 mirror advertised and shown on the website as antique silver was actually shiny copper
I called immediately and sent a picture
Her response was that I was wrong but here is where the trouble starts I have been waiting for a month to get my refund she is blaming UPS saying that if there are damages she has to file a claim with them Ok but why do I have to wait while she files a claim she has my money I can't buy what i needed and she doesn't seem to care she is a self righteous person who doesn't know anything about taking responseability or customer service
Stay away she is difficult f you want to return anything
I've ordered from them twice in the last 2 years and though they do take my money, they do not send me the merchandise. Then they ignore all my e-mail requests for information or my money back. I definitely think they should be checked into.
I ordered a set of beaded curatins and was so excited. The website looked so professional and the curtains that were shown - gorgeous. Well 2 weeks after I placed my order- no curatins. I sent about 2 emails in that second weeek, with no reply. After that i started looking for reviews on this company and came across this site. To my horror i thought i was just robbed of my money. I sent another email to check on the status of my purchase and of course - no reply. So i eventually looked at my credit card balance and found my money was returned to me - with no notification by this company or anything. I really do think this owner is nuts. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. The website is gorgeous, but will you ever get what you ordered? Now i have to order new curtains and hope they will get to me before we move.
Beware of comments - I ordered 2 beaded curtains for my son and his girlfriend since they are re-organizing their place. I found this website, placed the order and it asked for comments and I put that shipping and handling seemed a little high. (It was $16.00). Time passed and I never received the goods, nor did I received information from the company. I finally sent email to the company and received email back from this woman (she didnt identify herself) and she said she didnt like my comment so she cancelled my order herself. I placed the order and obviously I agreed to the shipping/handling costs. Below is the first email from her.

Honestly, you are the first customer to complain about shipping in about 2 years, shipping to VA is extremely expensive and UPS is once again raising their shipping costs... I'm a one woman company, i pay UPS shipping, i pay for daily pickups, i pay for the items, i pay for the boxes, i pay for web hosting, tape, paper, ink, the webhoster also takes a percentage of each sale, visa takes a percentage of each sale, etc... trust me, im not making money on shipping costs, i don't charge a handling fee, and i also include 13.00 worth of amy brown postcards for every sale over 30.00 (whew!)
This woman never advised me prior to cancelling my order any of the above. She just cancelled it and never gave the courtesy of an email explaining why or how about just explain the shipping and do the order anyway! KEEP IN MIND - this woman took my name, address, phone number and all credit card information when placing the order. Since the order was conveniently cancelled, how do I know what is going on with my personal information. How do I know this place is legitimate since she cancelled order for the most insane reason!
I emailed that I wanted my order processed. I received emails back insulting me, she was putting "LOL" "NO BEADS FOR YOU", etc etc. I emailed back how childish and unprofessional she was being and of course she still didnt identify herself which makes me wonder why.
Please BEWARE of ordering because they have all your information and may cancel for any reason they pull out of the air. It makes me wonder a website selling things with no way to contact them but via email.
I picked a different site to order the items from and this site has a phone number and address, therefore, I feel more comfortable with things. The company above only gives you a "gmail" address to email to.
I am contacting my credit card company tonight and advise all the information that I have so far of this website and explain that this woman has my credit card information. Plus I am contacting any agency available to me to advise of this situation.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of superb. Yes, the owner is a bit off-beat and unusual, but that is what makes buying from her something special. Get to know her and become a regular and she will bend over backwards to keep you happy and she will make you laugh your butt off!
