Don't use this company! Very bad experience! They false advertise what they are going to do and then don't live up to this. I also wanted to be taken off and not charged and then they still charged for another 3 months. Total, Total, Total SCAM! -5 stars if possible!

Even that I changed my debit card with the bank I see that they are keep charging me I don't know 🤷‍ how they do it. No service provided they don answer the phones. I head to closed my entire account

I started working with My SuperNova in November of 2019 and I was a bit skeptical looking at all the reviews online. They said they were under new management and no contract for the service and what not so I decided to give them a shot. Ive been working with them since then and they have delivered to everything they promised. Got me more visibility in my service area. I have been getting more phone calls and more work since I started working with them. Not going to make you rich but get more business coming in through the door for sure.

Terrible people. Took my money didnt deliver service. Never called me back, never was able to talk to my account manager Casey P. Two months i tried just to have conversation, they never called me back. STAY AWAY from these terrible people.

Am suing my super Nova and Google as a co defendant for a million for damaged that I can prove in the last 4 years

Don't fall for this sorry $#*! company they will take your credit card a charge you for services that you will never recieve. It starterd at $20 a month and after a month of no services that were provided I asked them to never call me again and to cancel my card and now its 4 charges of $149 and 1 of $200 that's crazy. Watch your self. It cost me $1000. So please dont fall for it check out there review's. There's multiple customers that have been rip off. I have a small business and yes you always wont to things to approve you're sales but this is not worth a dime.

This service is a scam. They presented being from Google when first called me. Horrible, horrible company - don't fall for this scam as I did. It is a rip off. They produced a short video using pictures from my website that looked like a 6th grade project. OK, I'm exaggerating, it was not as good as a video made by a 6th grader. The service they provide was not only beneficial to my business but actually hurt it and encouraged spam.

I rely on the expertise of people who know what they're doing so that I can focus on my work and my customers. Signing on with My Supernova has been a great experience, seamless process and having an account manager to communicate with personally to help guide me along has been an added bonus! Can't recommend enough!

Zero new clients no new leads. Called and cancelled and they continued to take $150 a month for at least 6 more months then offered me 149 dollars. I guess I have to involve my attorney what a hassle. BOB FROM JACQUES LANDSCAPING.

These guys are very tricky! They don't call themselves mysupernova, they say "MSN." They like to say "Google Partnership" and also claim to work with HomeAdvisor. The guy I spoke to literally said he worked for Google. However, they dont. These people are the definition of trash. Garbage. Scum. In the midst of a day of non stop phone calls and work as a contractor, they caught me at the right time, and sounded like every other person who talks on the phone in a business-like manner. Sometimes you get so used to paying for business expenses over the phone that it becomes second-nature to read the numbers on your card to anybody who asks for it! I realized what I'd done on the evening of the day that I first spoke with these clowns. My "setup fee" was 150$, and I got a new business debit card the next day after blocking the old one in fear that they might charge me again. I guess it costs 150$ to be reminded not to go throwing around credit card numbers!
There is good, and there is evil. MySupernova is evil. When something seems fishy, it probably is!

Horrible Horrible rip off. I swear if this was 10 years ago I would be in their offices with a gun demanding my money back. After 5 months of so called aid in promoting my. Business on Google I cant see my business listed in over 50 searches. I swear they just take your money and tell you that you're online but no there seems to have a clue about social media marketing.
And they take your money monthly without a signed contract or agreement. Stay far away take 5 mins and diy. Save yourself the grief of trusting these theives.

I ordered the scooter they advertised over 2 months ago. They took my money and I never received a receipt or confirmation of any kind. They will never get another penny from me.DO NOT trust this company. They totally scammed me.

Felt bad reading the poor reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. The whole process has been really smooth so far... going on 8 months. Maybe I got lucky because my representative Sophie is a sweet gal. She's been very communicative about the whole process and really helped my business out there. THANK YOU SOPHIE!

They offered a google listing and after so many calls i finally accepted a trial of one month with no contract then i got a call again and they offered me a deal for three month and after a month i still was not seeing any listing from my company and when i called they said it was waiting a card from google then after two months they edited my listing and the third month they charged my card again without even started my first listings when they clearly told me that there were no contract. Just a chance to try them. Really bad company and scammers.

Pleasantly surprised with the value of service, and commitment to helping my business grow in an area that I definitely needed the help. I'm not computer savvy so supernova taking care of my online presence has been a blessing. I was a little speculative at first, but my personal experience has been great!

I ordered the scooter over 3 months ago and have never heard from them again. No scooter, no money returned, no nothing!

Overall we are happy with our experience with Supernova and they have helped us out a lot with our marketing. Will continue using their services until proved wrong.

After months of trying to contact a person with no success I ordered a scooter and it never came and today I received a package that said mystery gidt and it was a set of cheap ear plugs with the same tracking number of the scooter I ordered. It came from someone named JessicaLi from montery park, calif. I really needed this scooter and cannot believe I was sent speakers in stead. I advise you not to. They will hurt your business.
After Hiring them I kept getting out of the country visits. And out of state visits to my website.
Which put read flaggs up on google and the flagged me for. It.
I went from over $7000 in Dec to barely making $2800 for the whole month of Jan. I hired them to build my ranking but instead they lowered it where I was on the 9th page. I fired them after a month. Another thing they said they don't auto renew. But they did on me. I recently got it back after firing them. Now I use Instaboost Media and My revenue is back on track again. And getting leads that are sucessful. Paid. Jobs. In just 2 weeks just doubled what I made in the whole month of Jan.

I'm mentioned by name in some of these reviews because I was an employee with this company for almost three years. I had a customer service position and worked under the manager Diana. I would agree the way things are ran when it comes to billing renewal is not right. The employees get the most crap for not handing out refunds but it was never our job. I can also tell you I left 2-3 positive reviews on here for them as an employee when I was asked to do so. The biggest reason I left was because two years into it they decided if we didn't hit talk times or call time we would get 10% of our commission taken away (each day it wasn't hit) but the real kicker was the deductions were never listed on our paycheck. Diana would just take away a big junk of your money and blame it on your talk times. I also never forget the day she lied and said my email was hacked by spam - the day after i put my two weeks in. My email was never hacked by spam but a resentful manager. I also found out the day after I left a meeting was held about me - not about my performance but my search history on my computer. The service has potential but its hard to believe in what your selling when you had little to none training. My mental health has never been better since I left that company.
