I contacted them to find out why no surveys and was informed they had deactivated my account because I (or someone else) was trying to access the account from overseas. OK, I can believe that as I have had the same problem with another survey site. Must be my ISP, as it sometimes seems to be in the Cocos Islands, instead of Sydney. However, the other survey site notifies me and asks me to verify my account. Mysurvey just deactivates your account, no notification, nothing. They have re-activated my account and sent surveys. The 2nd survey I did was 15 minutes for 100 points. Completed the survey and was informed that my session has expired. No points. Must close this account and stop wasting my time, sick of complaining to them about problems with their surveys. It is an indication of their lack of professionalism.
