This is how they treat you if you want to move out of their hosting since they are too busy to provide decent service. Their hosting is very low quality cant even rin a simple Wordpress theme.

This is a shell company, it has a bad reputation, my website was always down, many errors on the server almost every day and every week. Reply bad answers and always with lies.

For the 6th time this year these cons cant even keep a simple email server up and running. All our support tickets are of the same thing, email server is always down and you cant sent or receive email because of these con artists. You will get a ticket opened saying the servers are down and they know they are down and they they will play stupid saying there's nothing wrong with the server. 10 minutes later and the next day during a business operations, the servers go down again. They dont know what's going on in their own place, since they dont host anything. They arent are real company. Just 2 or 3 people with a fake address in PA that rent out hosting space from some shaddy company down in FLorida that cant even keep a computer up and running. I would never trust this company, never did with anythign with the business. They cant even keep a simple email server up and running that sends 10 emails day. We've moved everything away from this shaddy con artist company and now our email server. Had enough with putting up with their lives and crappy service!

Once again we've been dealing with the never ending problems MyTrueHost creates. This problem has been unresolved since September 2020 when we started using them. We dont even use the hosting plan, to show you how crappy this company is, we only use the SMTP server to send less than 50 emails a day. Since 2020 this company has caused problems, there's large delays in getting emails, like 15 minutes or more to email your self and get a reply. Now these con artists are limiting the emails to less than 15. You cant even email yourself without this company replying back that they didnt send the email out and it got returned unanswered. There so called online help desk is a joke, they hide behind a chat window were they choose when they feel like working. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THOSE 5 star reviews. Everytime there's a problem with this company we are going to post it.

MyTrueHost is fraud company they closed my account 2 weeks before it's expiry and didn't let me take backup. They removed backup wizard from cPanel. Please stay away from them they are the worse.

Ticket reply is always next day, on chat several time they just closed in the middle of discussing and not providing correct info I have to ask them again and again. It was worse server I ever received from a hosting. When I tried to calling them their phone wasn't working I tried again few times but no luck. Never ever recommend to anyone.

MyTrueHost is a reseller for namesilo.com. My client paid for renewal of their domain name oromochurchdenver.org through 2019 to MyTrueHost. They in turn did not pay namesilo.com. My client has now lost their domain name! We have a receipt! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT AND WE ARE REPORTING THEM TO ICANN.

This company- totally reliable and honest, has been offering high quality and cost-effective hosting company. I have started with $1Web Hosting and now for my Australian business using dedicated plan from Mytruehost. Thanks for all your support and time!

I have been very pleased with my decision to have switched over to Mytruehost.com. I haven't experienced any type of problems. Their site builder is easy to use and their price is great. I am very happy, as well as my clients!

I have not been able to open my company's email for a week. I sent them an email and they responded by reseting my login password to THEIR website, which has nothing to do with my website's email. They have NOT responded since. It's like communicating with a wall. They do NOT speak any English and they shoot in the dark to see if it sticks. Not worth the trouble!

I signed up for the SILVER web hosting on the website www.mytruehost.in. I wasn't happy with it at all, because of poor support. They do not provide CORN service. For every question on support ticket, they have the same reply. "We have refreshed the cron services on server. Please check and confirm once again. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else." I do not recommend this service to any one.

I have very bad experience with mytruehost.in. Very bad service and support servers down time goes 2-3 days. No one reply on chat.

How good this service is.
When you are an old pro like me: roll:, you will have been around the block more than once.
If you can think you can find a host with ZERO flaws, well then I would like to meet them!
I currently have a reseller account that is saving me over $100 a month on hosting fees, and I have tons of space left for more sites!
If you want a real hosting account, Mytruehost is the place to go!

Since the company setup a server for my site, it has a few problems and I report them all. They took a serious part of my report. They really fix them up still it run perfect and made me happy. Now, today about 1 year, my website haven't been a downtime and if there's one, it will not be more than 5 min. Their tech support respond speed is exactly 15 min or less.

Pls go away from this hosting company they will cheat you. I have a shared account from them. My site always encounter a downtime. The told me my domain has some kind of attack so they can not host my account anymore. They don't even give me a warning to fix my domain. No Suspensions either instead close my account. So i ask a refund. NO LUCK. My $12 money wasted from them in just no less than 15 days... its a bad hosting company i've ever meet. GO AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF HOSTING...

This hosting really sucks. My site is always down. They have promised 99.9% uptime. But it is 99.9% down tome. I had a very bad experience. In the past three months, I have experienced same issues around 70 times. They will just say a sorry and fix the issue and ensure it never happens. Agin thi repeats. I lost all the money I have invested in Advertisments as my site is down. My alexa rank gradually decreased. Please dont buy these hosting. Purchase a good and trusted hosting. Dont get cheated by buying here.
