My dress was extremely well made. So happy with the color and quality of the product, and it showed up on time. It ended up being a little big so I had it taken in, but its stunning. I got so many compliments on it last week when I wore it for a Valentines party I hosted. It would have been helpful to have a contact phone number though. You should have a company number to call!

I had a few questions regarding the dress I wanted to buy, so I sent them a quick email. The reply I got had (1) no punctuation (2) very bad grammar even if you forgive punctuation and (3) no answer to my question anywhere in sight. I thought, well, it might have been answered from a phone. I'll try to reply. The second answer I got was even less coherent than the first. DO NOT purchase from this website.

I'm thrilled with my wedding dress, it is stunning. The communication was great and they kept in close touch with me. They got the measurements perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my wedding dress back in February, due to covid it took a little while to get here (understandable) but when it got here I could not have been happier. It is exactly what I wanted. Great quality and fits like a glove. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am speechless with the quality of the wedding dress Lily made. I had a lot of reservations about ordering from Nars, as there were not very many reviews (though they were all positive) plus the risk involved with ordering a wedding dress online. My dress looks EXACTLY like the one in the picture, is high-quality, and was custom-fitted to me in about TWO WEEKS. It looks exactly like a designer dress I loved but that was out of my price range. I took it for alterations just to see if anything extra was necessary, and the seamstress praised the high quality of Lily's work (also, no alterations needed other than adding the cups Lily sent with the dress).
While i had a decent dress budget, i was having such a hard time finding something i loved. I finally came across Nars bridal and found the dress I had envisioned, and decided it was worth the risk of ordering online. It paid off in spades.
I know that people reading this may still have reservations and may even doubt I'm a real person (I promise I am) but I had an amazing experience - I truly could not have asked for better. I ordered the dress at the end of December for my May wedding. After a couple of days, I decided to add a rush to the order so that if it didn't work I would have time to find something else. Two and a half weeks later, my dress arrived in Florida. The speed, quality, and price were incredible. I have a custom dress I adore at a fraction of designer prices. Lily also responds to emails quickly, double checked things with me, and sent pictures before shipping the dress. I cannot recommend Lily and Nars bridal enough.

I finally got to wear my wedding gown, so I can post photos. The wedding was nothing like we had been planning for over a year. My big sister was in the hospital with covid pneumonia and was on a vent. Since she couldn't be there, I was selfish and didn't want anyone else there, so we had a very small private ceremony with just our parents and kids. She passed 25 hours after we returned from our honeymoon after two weeks of good reports :( She didn't even know we got married. Thankfully, a month before the wedding, she got to see me in my dress. It is stunning. The most beautiful dress I've ever seen.

The delivery was a bit of a challenge... no fault of Lilies. Once we got the dress and my daughter tried it on it fit like a glove... absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Narsbridal.

From the minute I saw a dress style on their website, I knew I loved it but needed some "tweaks" to make it the perfect dress I was looking for. I emailed with questions and Lily was prompt and friendly in her response. She confirmed that they could make the dress I needed (in a custom color and specific measurements, AND with a different hemline) and rush ship from China to the US by a specific date! Then, she even followed up her email with actual photos of the team members SEWING MY ACTUAL DRESS! The dress arrived 3 days early, which gave me the time I needed to find the right shoes to wear with it. :) The dress is well-made and beautiful! Thank you for an excellent customer experience!

I received my dress a lot quicker than I expected.
The quality of the dress wasn't up to the standard in the pictures but still good condition.
I asked for custom measurements but still had to alter the dress as it didnt fit correctly around the corset/bust area.

So I was absolutely terrified to order my dress online. H o w e v e r. The dress I received is amazingly stunning. I just lost my brother to pneumonia five days ago, so when I received my dress and looked at it, I lost my mind. I called my fiance and my mother, because I couldn't wait to tell them how beautiful it is! Many thanks to my dress maker, Lily. She is an artist!

I ordered a prom dress had it made completely custom even the color. I was amazed by how connected I was to the whole process and my dress came super quick!

I couldn't be happier, my dress was absolutely perfect. Lily was quick with her prompt replies to my emails when I had questions. The dress was basically tailor made to my size, and it was so quick to be made for me and sent out. I also accidentally sent the wrong measurement and lily double checked with me instead of just going ahead which was really nice. I was also sent photos as well of the progress to make sure I was so happy with it. I did have it expressed and within no time it was ready for Me. The most ultimate best of customer service I have ever received! They were very patient, flexible, affordable and very kind! The company is very knowledgeable of fabrics to styles and carefully explained what would work with the style I had requested. I ordered a over dress wedding skirt from their site with customization on lengths. They are very flexible with custom requests. They gave me several options and walked me through my request to make sure I understood the process. They provided me with clear photographs of the fabric they offered. Communication was excellent from start to the point where I received a refund for my order due to the fabric color I had selected was no longer being made. I was super sad as I really enjoyed the process. Even then they offered me options before I selected refund. Payment was easy to process. They put in a lot of their time making sure I was happy with my request. Lily was the sweetest to communicate with and gave me detailed timelines for my project. The best online shopping experience I have had. I appreciate NarsBridal very much for all their help! I would recommend them on all levels from quality, to process.
