“Worst Shipping Co, Ever!”

I ordered from Victoria's Secret on 12/04/2020. VS shipped out on 12/06/2020. As of 12/23/2020, no package and no tracking updates! This has NEVER happened with VS! After reading some of the other reviews, I fear that I won't be receiving this package, and several people won't be getting anything for Christmas! Don't use this Company!

I ordered from Victoria's Secret on 12/04/2020. VS shipped out on 12/06/2020. As of 12/23/2020, no package and no tracking updates! This has NEVER happened with VS! After reading some of the other reviews, I fear that I won't be receiving this package, and several people won't be getting anything for Christmas! Don't use this Company!

The box was smashed and filthy. It reeked from the products inside. Took 4 weeks to get to me. Terrible

I received an alert from Victoria's Secret saying that my package was unable to be delivered when I was home all day, and I have security cameras I reached out to Victoria's Secret. They told me to reach out to the shipping company. There's no contact information there's no website Pitney Bowes does not have a customer service number. My package is stolen $200 value stolen. The delivery truck never even drive down my street. Even the mail lady said the company was lying and that my item is stolen. Now I have to wait an additional week to have the merchant file a claim when all I wanted was my freaking bra.

It would be nice if USPS told the customer their package would be picked up by a "third party" shipper, and especially this one, took them a week to pick up my package which causes a huge delay, most returns must be shipped back within a certain timeframe and if USPS uses this company, your package will not make it on time. Something aint right here.

Once a seller ships their products and Newgistics gets their hands on it, they shelve the product, instead of shipping it out to the customer, almost in definitely. However, if and when the customer gets the product it's ALWAYS past the date the customer was promised it would arrive.

This is NOT an acceptable business practice in any business but apparently this practice seems to be Newgistics gold standard. I refuse to give my business to any entity that uses this company as their shipping partner

They make up delivery dates an times. DO NOT USE this company if you want your package. They print out that the package was delivered to my address. Gave 3 different dates and times. None of which are true. I NEVER received the package and it has bee two months.

Front company for China shipments. My experience with Newgistics. There is strong evidence that this is yet another front company for shipments coming from China. The following is how these places function and why it takes forever to receive your shipment:
First, you place an order through a seller on Amazon or another source, the seller is reality a drop shipper that resells products from China, but to hide this they have a business address in the United States or Europe. The seller immediately has a shipping label created with Newgistics or another secondary shipping company (this is the front company that helps them hide where the product is actually coming from). Newgistics can even shop your product is in transit, but in reality, they don't even have your product, since your product hasn't even left China. In extreme cases this allows the China drop shipper and the shipping company to sit on your order for weeks to months earning interest on your money before the purchase is even made with the China manufacture, in the meantime, it locks up your money with them and allows them to place larger bulk purchases with the Chinese manufacture (pretty ingenious). They reassure you that your product has shipped, and reassure Amazon they same thing by providing the secondary shipping companies shipper information with tracking information, which is only partly legitimate and allows them to circumvent the laws in most cases. To help cover things up, they hire people to create false reviews on Amazon, Yelp, and other locations (who don't know any better) to try and coverup their dishonest and unethical business practices. These types of organizations often don't have whistleblowers, since to be employed with many of the unethical organizations the company has their employees sign a contract, that in the fine print it requires all of the employees only speak positively of the company or else they are in violation of their working agreement and can be fired or sued. 6 different orders late and never received! If I knew prior to places order 2 day prime it was going to be shipped through this company I wouldn't order from them!

This place just has to be the worst shipping company possible, updates when there's actually no update. Worst company ever don't know why anyone uses this company.

Newgistics courier is THE WORST. If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered from Victoria's Secret products August 11th for my daughter's birthday. Tracking shows August 14 as the last movement. Today is August 28. On August 14 it showed in transit from Orlando Florida to Deltona Florida (Final Destination). It is a 40 to 50 minute drive and it shows my package being in transit 14 days! USPS never received it! Tried several times to call newgistics and unable to get through to someone.

Finally got in touch with someone from Pitney Bowes who acquired Newgistics. They instructed me to call the merchant and have them take care of it. I was so angry and told her absolutely not Pitney Bowes/Newgistics needs to take care of finding the product because it was in their hands last! They did not want to take accountability and responsibility for THEIR failures. They didn't even want to look into it and start an inquiry or an investigation! Make sure when ordering products they do not utilize Newgistics! Only recently learned about them due to this debacle. They have a history of employees stealing items (esp Victoria's Secret products) and selling them on EBay! My package has gone MIA! Looks like whatever employee stole it got close to $500 worth of products and the company doesn't want to be accountable! Missed my daughters Birthday!

I work in customer service for a national retail chain. 95% of the time, lost packages were shipped through Newgistics. Avoid if at all possible.

One star only because it doesn't allow NO stars.
Placed an order on April 14th. It is now April 21 and the tracking info says it is being prepared. 7 days and it hasn't even shipped yet. Unbelievable. I've placed my last order with whomever uses Newgistics for shipping.

I would give this company a zero if it gave me that option. This company is so difficult to deal with there is no customer service whatsoever they are rude. I was told point blank there was more customers waiting so they were more important that they were done talking to me That's what great company this is.

I went to USPS and sent a box of clothes to be returned to the website. Their guy picked up my box, did not scan It properly and now it's been 1 month and 2 weeks since the box is missing. USPS tells me they have no control over this. Their contact information leads to no response.

I purchased an item on Ebay, and asked the seller to ship it to me via USPS Priority Mail. I paid for a large flat-rate priority mail box shipping service. The seller took it to a "professional packer" and had it shipped to me at my FPO (Yokosuka, Japan) address. Instead of shipping it via USPS Priority Mail, which would have left Silverdale, WA, and headed to Chicago, IL, to go out on air shipment to Japan, it went to San Francisco, where it disappeared on 4 December and hasn't been seen since. Investigation of the tracking number indicates it was shipped via Ebay's Horrible "Global Shipping Program" otherwise known as "The Big Ripoff", which uses Pitney Bowes "NEWGISTICS" company to ship with. This company sucks. They tell the shipper it's going priority mail, then ship it surface and pocket the cash. This is wrong. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE, NEVER USE "NEWGISTICS" or "PITNEY BOWES", and NEVER EVER USE EBAY'S GSP!

Packages routed to wrong destinations and sent on a trip hundred miles out of way in a circle. Ridiculous and then a package doesnt even disclose where its at just at a destination both 3 days late!

Sent back my return with Smart Label 3 weeks ago, but no record left with it.
Only thing you receive are from USPS saying that they do not have a control over the Newgistics, Newgistics don't bother to response at all and the retailer who sent the label keep saying the same like a parrot "package was not scanned".
What would you do if you dropped off the package into a mail box as instructed, and it's gone. It will be totally your lost like my merchandise near $100.00 worth is gone.
Do not trust this carrier and don't drop it off into a mail box.
Make sure to get the acceptance receipt from the front desk of the post office.
