They have products for a good price, very cheap, and arrives quickly, unlike AMAZON! They ship in 2 weeks or less, ( if ur in saudi arabia) in my whole time my order only got canceled twice.
I placed an order for 3 men's colognes around a week ago, there was an offer to get 50 dirhams cash back if you buy more than 250,my order was above 250, cash back was pending, all of a sudden, next day, Noon decided to cancel my order and advised me to place a new one, I did, cash back is now gone despite buying for the same initial order's amount that THEY canceled. Customer service is absolutely useless after sending around 15 emails throughout a week, they don't even bother checking the previous conversations before responding!

I ordered baby hair oil in a glass bottle with a dropper, however, the item was received with a broken dropper and opened and leaked some of its oil. I contacted Noon's customer support for a possible refund, however; they didn't only refuse the refund, they have accused me of breaking the item by myself while taking the item from the soft package. They were rude and unprofessional, it reflects their bad management and value of their customers. Stay away from this company.

I ordered Tinkle eyebrow razors from Noon and the packaging was opened from one side! It looked like someone had taken out the razor and put it back. This was extremely disgusting and unhygienic. They have zero health and safety standards. How can you sell something like that. Zero Quality. I will never buy from Noon again and i will spread the word among my friends.

This company will scam you once they get your Credit Card you will forever be
Charged and CHEATED out of your money! I tried the trial and didn't like their food logging system so I cancelled before the trial ended. Then, I was charged 3 month membership so I decided to give it a try despite the fact I had previously cancelled! Then, about a month in, I carefully cancelled, again!
BAM! 3 months later they have scammed me again with another auto renew! They will not refund!

Imagine! First time ordered from Noon. 10 packs of coffee. Courier called me and told that will bring it today, on Friday. I spent my day off time and was waiting him instead of going to gym or mall. What he brought to me? One! One pack of coffee! Other will come maybe 2-3 packs in each day! What? Noon, you company is too lazy to consolidate 10 packs of coffee? Really?
After my review Noon contacted me and 3 hours later sent for me all my 10packs. Well done finally!

Please Aware everyone, I downloaded the Noon app and my Noon app was hacked within a few days. Someone made a fraudulent tracnsaction with my credit card, I complained to Noon for this nonsense. But the NOON Customer care team they are repeatedly reading the same script that we cannot help you. Because of Noon i lost alot of money and i had to change my all card. Noon is the worst App in the United Arab Emirates.

I purchased some products on march 12 on same day i cancelled two items it was paid online. So they promised me that i will het my refund within 7 to 14 days which is not refunded till now (April 18) Customer service is too bad. I am waiting to get my refund more than one month still they are asking to wait 48 hours to update. We will not trust this app again very dissatisfied will not order again. You have loose your regular customer. Please dont mention anything THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT

I order 2nd February M8 LS32BM801UMXUE Monitor by Noon i received monitor 3rd February but its different from my order. I received model no LS32CM801UMXUE its different version its AED 260 less as per the UAE market, after that i return monitor. 3 days later i received massage from noon its decline, one again my product return 17 days later, lot of complain made customer service useless they are convince customer, not give proper resolution, around 17 days. After that i make complain and rectify the issue return to noon. 7 days later i get my refund. Total process 1 month, one of waste customer service in world, as my experience don't by any think from noon or online flat form its waste of money and time, i attachment my bill and noon cheating Technic, one think i can say noon include in product id 2 serial no both are not same, this is way there cheating customer. For M8 monitor LS32BM... and LS32CM... this not same product. In bill BM but received CM

Placed an order and the product was supposed to be delivered the day after. Out for delivery notification was shown the next day without any delivery. Product was still not delivered the next day also. Even after contacting customer service, there was no update. Finally cancelled the order. I am supposedly a "VIP" customer!. Will stop further purchases and switch over to other e-commerce platforms.

Noon is an online UAE company that list many products. However, I have ordered TWICE and they automatically cancel and tell me it is not available and credit me after almost a month. Secondly they advertise next day delivery and it usually takes 3 weeks...
They need to learn the online business and treat customer better or not sell products they have no control over; besides, adhering to their advertising of next day delivery. What a joke!

Very bad after-sale services, Don't recommend Noon, they are not supportive after-sale services. I bought a mobile phone fulfilled by them and the mobile phone has software issue and when I contact them they inform me that the warranty not covering software issues, you can go to serves center to repair it. I am a customer of for amazon more than 10 years and I haven't faced such an argument ever, if I bought this mobile from a shop; the shop will repair it for me or send it to customer services, please be aware of Noon, not recommend at all and it will be my last time buying any thing from them.
Continue: I went to the HUAWEI customer services center and they informed me that this mobile is not UAE version and the warranty shall be through noon and they confirmed that the software issues are covered in the warranty.

Be warned people. Noon will sell you fake, illegal products, they will tell you they're refunding your money, but actually hold it in a wallet. Unless you notice and spend days trying to get their awful customer service department to do anything, then send all your bank account details (despite the fact that your original purchase was made by card and they already have them), they hold the money until it conveniently EXPIRES and then they keep it! Their consumer treatment is wrong on nearly every level. They are operating in a highly unethical and unscrupulous manner. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

Noon Grocery deliver with delays - it used to be 1 day (I have VIP status). Now they charge 3 dhs fees(!) and delivery is in two days at the fastest. The packaging is often filthy. Last month I have made purchases by over 2000 and they cancelled my last two orders to avoid granting me 200 dhs as per their own rules - I should receive 200! What a terrible approach to service - cheating the customers. Don't be fool, it is time to reduce shopping with NOON. There are other options - I will use NOON much less now.

Do not believe that you will receive a cash back award if you shop over 2000 or 3000. They have a trick - they will cancel your order not to give you the cash back. Use other groceries online. They are faster and more honest than this.

I ordered the 2 ton AC on 1 Mar 22 from noon online shop. Which should be delivered at 5 March 2022. Still on processing state and not received any proper reply from them.
Also recently took the noon VIP membership. I have escalated this issue to priority customer service and no action was taken from their side. Simply we needed to wait for 48 hrs if we raise any complaints.

I bought a google pixel 6 pro in May 2023, after 4 months, In September 2023 it's speaker and microphone stopped working after a security update. I complained to noon and a delivery person came to pick it up since it's still under warranty. After 2 weeks it's returned saying there is a physical damage and warranty declined. The physical damage they pointed is a microscopic scratch in the chrome edge of phone which can't be even seen. Anyhow when I gave the phone to delivery person there was no such scratches. So I contacted customer care and they said usually they take pictures of phone at warehouse before sending it to service centres, they will check it and revert. After few days they called and said the damage happened during transit. The warranty claim team is not ready to take it's responsibility. I have been contacting noon customer care since many days, all they say is warranty declined but not ready to take it's responsibility nor give me a solution. They also said it's already repaired from outside which I didn't. I assume they made a physical damage to my phone to decline the warranty claim... Noon please stop scamming your customers.
Edit: noon stop copy pasting your lame response when I have clearly said that there was no physical damage when I gave my phone to you for repair. Your customer care also agreed that it could have happened from your side while transit. And you people haven't even responded to our previous email. Scammers
