Nothing but good things to say about this product and the company. I got a Spin Bike that comes with iFit free for one year, hich was a big bonus for me. This was my first bike with a program on it such as iFit and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to operate. All of my questions got answered pretty fast and I am very happy with this purchase. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Mine hadn't done that many mileage on my nordoctrack treadmill only to find so many issues with it.

I tried to claim on the warranty but they said I never extended it which I did. Sent them proof and it took over 6 months for someone to come over. Had they sorted this issues sooner we would have come across the next issue sooner as we could not use the treadmill for the 6 months whilst we waited for NordicTrack to fixed it.

After they fixed it it was working fine for a bit. We then discovered the deck board was faulty and snapped right down the middle.

They refused to assist and claimed it was out of warranty (which technically it was) although it would not have been had they not taken 6 months to fix the first issue.

It me £160 for a new deck board and I still had to saw and drill it myself so it would have been cheaper using a ply wardrobe door or something.

Anyway, new deck board is made of plywood where the original one was made of MDF, and not even the waterproof MDF 🙈🤦‍🤷‍.

They obviously know their manufacturing mistake because the new deck board sent was full plywood.

When we removed the old deck board we also discovered the guides screwed to the underside of the deck board, for the belt to move smooth, were not in the correct place also and the reason we have a chunk of the belt ripped.

Deck board was easy to do but just annoyed with myself as I could have spent £20 not £160.

I will never purchase a Nordic track again.

In my now opinion, all running machines are the same, they move at different speeds and go up and down at different gradients.

I paid the extra because i thought I'd get a better customer services experience but trust me when i say they don't care.

So every machine you purchase comes with the "globogym" subscription (iFit), and apparently they will auto- renew yor for the service unless you go online somewhere and cancel it (try finding the location). It is a total pain in the butt to even figure out how to cancel. From my experience, their customer service won't even give you an answer when you try and cancel the renewal. It feels like a complete scam by a company trying to establish an annuity revenue stream for their products.

The guys who delivered knew exactly what they were doing and kept me informed as the time to expect them. Worth paying for the setup and brief introduction they gave me. Reason for not giving a 5 star is I seem to loose connection in the middle of the program I am watching for a very brief period. It restarts itself and continues where it left of before the restart. Otherwise I am very pleased with my new training bike.

While I loved the bike when I encountered issues I swear my dogs were more helpful. And they refuse to call me. Refuse. I am throwing it out rather than deal with their support. I can't take it any longer

It seems nordic trac relies on chat gp. Good luck getting an intelligent response!

To start, the treadmills are complete junk.
When they break, if you can ever get a hold of customer service, they will never come and fix the problem.
You will be on hold for days, they will never actually repair the problem correctly.
I can't say enough negative stuff about this company.
Worse customer service I have ever seen in my 54 years.
Customer service will argue reasons not to come fix it, even with the extended warranty.
Avoid this company at all cost.

I have owned a s22i Norditrack bike for less than three years. My wife and I have used the bike less than 100 times. I went to do a ride last night on the bike and noticed that there was no resistance when I peddled during my workout. I contacted customer service and was told that I would need a technician to respond out to fix my bike ($125). Then I would have to pay for a part ($115 very least). After doing all of this, I still wouldn't know if this same part would just stop working in two years and I would again be in my current situation.
I was told that my warranty for the frame was 10 years (absolutely crazy because the frame is solid steel so how could this break?). The warranty on my parts expired in April of this year.
I'm lost for words for the price we paid for the brand new bike, yearly membership, and possible cost of fixing a part that should not have broke with less than three years of use.
Terrible business and aweful bike. Do not purchase this bike unless you are fully aware that you will be paying for yearly fix-it costs to maintain this bike. Lesson learned, do your homework. It is much cheaper to buy a lower costing bike and have not work then to be in the situation I am now in.
I didn't purchase this bike thinking I would not have to repair it at some point. Again, less than three years of use and it's now junk! Don't make things like they used to anymore.

Buy somewhere else. S15i screen failed and the want over $700 to replace it. Barely 2 years old, bought it new... It is absolutely ridiculous that the cost is more than half the cost of the bike.

Made the mistake of overpaying for a Nordictrack bike, didn't even make it three years before breaking down, their customer service was horrible and told me I could pay to have someone look at it. Second mistake, the tech gave me a very accurate estimate of $200 to $800 to repair. You would hope a company like this would stand behind their products. NOPE, just read all their review online!

My treadmill has been broken for almost 4 months. I called to have it fixed with NoridTrack. Their technicians have misdiagnosed the problem 2 times. And they said they were going to send another company out to try to fix it. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to 3 supervisors in the last 4 months, 1) Manuel Lemus, 2)Dilan Jocon, and 3) Kevin Garcia. They said I just have to keep waiting, that is the process. How long do they want me to wait? It's ridiculous that I have to continue to call them and repeat my story to everyone I try to follow up with. They said there is no one above them that I can speak with. I guess this is my only option to try to get their attention. NordicTrack please help! Oh, and I forgot to mention the amount of money we have spent on parts is almost the price of a new treadmil.

The model in this review is the T 6.5 SI. My husband purchased me a new out of the box Nordictrack treadmill for Christmas of 2020. Used for 2 years and now it is not under warranty as it was manufactured in 2019. The treadmill simply did not power on as of 1/1/23. I have had a few calls with Support and they determined based on my description of the issues that it would cost between 800 and 2k to repair. For the 2 years of mild use, this was one expensive purchase.

Worst service ever! I have been fighting with Nordictrack since July over my commercial 2450. It took weeks for the technician to come out. It's just over a year so I had to pay $160 but parts were covered. They found glass in the motor. The tech assured me it came this way because he could tell the motor cover has never been opened. Took pictures and ordered parts so I thought. Three weeks went by and nothing … so after finally being able to connect with three different people the parts were never ordered. I was told it was my job to order the parts. Why would it be my responsibility to order parts? Waited another week for parts to come and another three weeks for tech to come out. Tread still squeaked so loud, he needed to order more parts. He ASSURED me he would order the parts. Another week went by and the parts were not ordered. I call today and they said my warranty was canceled due to negligence? How can this be? I'm currently waiting to hear back from the supervisor who cancelled my warranty. There is zero reason my warranty should be cancelled. I'm beyond frustrated and so upset I'm paying a machine that we can't use. The customer service is basically unreachable and when you do you are transferred several times to rude, scripted, helpless agents.

Spent hours on hold and speaking with customer service. Both times, they've sent parts. The second time the tech didn't even waste his time replacing the parts NordicTrack sent.

He says this is how it's designed to work. If true, why have 26 software settings?

Been on hold with Nordictrack customer service for an hour and 20 minutes and still holding.

Horrible product and horrible customer service!

I had a rower for 2 years and 2 months, the strap ripped/broke and during the replacement, it was mentioned to me that the spool was also not functioning and needs to be replaced. Tech mentioned that the spool and the strap parts break down quite often.
Looks to me that the equipment does not last more than 2 years and the parts are of poor quality

Never Do business with Nordic Track.
Have any of my FB friends purchased equipment from Nordic Track and received the worst customer service ever experienced from any company?
I ordered/ paid for a commercial grade treadmill November last year. The first delivery was not the model I ordered.
Item returned. In mid December I received a stair stepper. Item returned.
Today the correct treadmill was delivered. Guess what? The box was falling apart due to water damage. Item sent back.
Called customer service I could not understand them. She offered a free rubber equipment mat.
This is the worst company I ever dealt with. If anyone has a similar experience please share.
Please share this post. I tried calling corporate, never got past the receptionist!

I ordered a Christmas tree and received a stupid bib thing with a Hulk cartoon image. When asked for a refund, I only got partial.Also, site states they are located in Texas. The label on my package said it was from a warehouse in Ontario California. And their tracking said it was from China. So everything is a lie. Horditrack IS a scam!

You will get a Hulk bib no matter what.

I got this Treadmill for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. Solid machine with a great workout program. This Smart treadmill can auto adjust speed, and incline/decline and it tracks your individual progress, making every workout a challenge. Made well, and is very sturdy. I am very pleased with my treadmill. Easy to assembly, and all tools and hardware is included.

I purchased the treadmill in 2021 and the treadmill has broken 4 times. Due to downtime waiting for repairs the treadmill has only been useable for about half the time. The control board has been replaced twice. The running board (rated for a 300 pound user) is made of particle board and cracked under this 190 pound runner. An adjustment bolt also snapped creating a dangerous situation where the rear roller tilted forward and the belt abruptly stopped as it snagged on one side. I am still on hold with Nordic Track's member services 3 hours 19 minutes and counting...

TERRIBLE!
We bought a treadmill early November. Received it 1 month later: DAMAGED. Still at this day: we have no news. DO NOT buy from them. We called many times and they dont give any news. They are just keeping your money. STAY AWAY! We even sent an email to CEO, and you would think he would answer: ZERO answer! They are seating on almost $5K and they do nothing about it

Ordered a treadmill and never received it. Went between Nordic track and delivery company and no one gave good info. Both were going back and forth and when asked for a discount for inconvenience they offered a mat or a water bottle. Ummm wow don't offer anything worth this inconvenience. So in order to buy another one we needed to wait an extra week for reshipment which they needed to do a return on the treadmill we never received.

We submitted a customer service request on 11-3-22, as of today it is 1-6-23 and we have zero resolution. What we have been given is the run around constantly. First we were told we needed to register the product, which we had and submitted a screenshot of our registration. We received no response, we contacted 14 days later, asked to supply more information, which was already given multiple times. I asked to have a supervisor's e-mail, again 14 days wait. Sent another message, finally received an e-mail to a supervisor, so copied them on the e-mail. That was on 12-14, and nothing. I messaged again on 12-29 and once again, silence. Clearly, NordicTrack does NOT stand behind their product and we made a horrible decision purchasing from them!

I have had a Nordic Track Rower for the past 3 years. The main strap has failed 2x and it has taken 3 months to have a new one sent. I have used their main phone number 3 times to speak to a representative and have waited in excess of 1.5 hours on hold and when finally connected with a human, they are people with very little knowledge and are in a foreign country with a language barrier. They promise a resolution and parts never show up and the process has to be repeated. Super bummer and ultimately, you have to pay for overpriced parts otherwise scrap the machine. Super disappointing and I would not recommend this company. We are in an unfortunate situation as we own 3 of the Nordic track machines. Don't waste your time.

Have a Nordic Track Elliptical with 14" video display - it is a reasonably good machine to use- once you get it into manual mode, having to locate and press 3 small display prompts to get to manual mode, Nordic Track clearly wishes everyone would subscribe to iFIT and makes it cumbersome to enter manual exersize mode - find it increasingly annoying.
