What I love about all of Schafer Richardson's buildings is that they are close together along 3rd Ave creating a vibrant community that's passionate about the North Loop. Their buildings are stylish, sophisticated and full of wonderful people — many of which are now friends of mine. I would recommend The North Loop for anyone looking for a fun, safe and easy place to rent. And I would suggest a Schafer Richardson building simply because they have everything you could want in a rental community.
