I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received while having my 2020 Gladiator modified by the crew at Northridge 4x4 in Silverdale WA. I spoke with Dave the owner and Maxx my sales guy multiple times during the build via phone calls, emails and even Facebook Messenger. They always kept me in the loop and provided updates on the status of the build. If there was an issue they promptly told me about it and provided options to overcome the hurdle. They took a personal interest in what I wanted to do and were quick to take my recommendation and provide positive or negative feedback. They had the Jeep for a little over 2 weeks since this was a very complex build which included a complete engine and transmission swap, lift, tires, wheels. In the end I couldn't be happier with the how the build turned out and absolutely love driving this beast. If you are looking for a shop to get some work done or maybe just a parts supplier who actually has what you are looking for in stock give them a call you will not be disappointed.

They currently have a inside employment scam
They claim the part is damaged on return no refund
Or they will claim to have called you and keep the Part

This company is absolutely terrible. They have inadequate staff, management and customer service! We bought over 11k in products from this company and had issues with them not sending the correct products, no hardware, bolts, brackets etc. They admitted their warehouse is inadequate and made a mistake but refuse to send the missing parts needed. We have gone back and forth (emails and phone calls) with the company and even the owner with no results, they do not care about their customers at all. We had to file disputes, this company is a waste of your time. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE SO YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

This outfit doesn't ship what they sell, they renege on business transactions and insult the customer for spending their time and hard earned money with them. Northridge 4x4 took money, held on to it for 40+ days then cancels the order because they simply won't honor their advertised price. This is a company that bombards your inbox with advertisements. What good are they if they don't honor what they advertise and sell? Waste of time!
After holding the money for 41 days under the guise of the rona, Northridge 4x4 called to inform me the item ordered differed from their description and was going to be cancelled. What I was being told differed completely from their advertised description, which I read out from a screenshot of their advertisement, this frustrated fraudster Eric at Northridge 4x4 who responded with "I'm not getting into this with you and abruptly ended the call by outrageously accusing the customer of knowingly taking advantage and scamming THEM before rudely hanging up, twice. Unbelievable!
If you order from this deceitful company document everything and be prepared to be without your money, the item and in the end insulted to top it off. You've more than earned this review, 1 star is being gracious.

I bought some fox shocks from them one of them broke they gave me no help and told me it was the manufacturer problem and they would be broke if they stood behind what they sell mind you I have spent thousands of dollars with them no more
I ordered what said to be a lift for a 05-10 Jeep Grand Cherokee and checked 4 times before submitting it that it was correct, got the part in the mail and it was wrong so I called and they said they don't make a lift for my Jeep and I have to pay $140 to ship it back and $120 restocking fee and I told them to take it and shove it up the asses. Why you would say you make a lift for something but not and tell people you do just to get there money and more when they have to return it is just beyond me and completely $#*!ed up.

And talking and arguing with them telling them now what's going. I've figured out that they sent the a duplicate of the piece. It's already been polishing coated now. I call tell them and they still not listening. Still not sending Me my stuff and I'm still being nice. Now I'm mad. Cause my time is expensive as well as yours. I'm losing money now. I've had to spend 8 hours on the phone and keep doing some dog and pony show while listening to your jingle on your 800 number talk about your the best and we don't do nothing but send out stuff asap. Your Customers service is unbeatable. This and that and it's making me sick. Cause at this point I've talked to 6 different people. Each one won't take the time to find out what's going on. By this time my wife has got on the phone cussed them out and said if you don't send our stuff. We are gonna credit card dispute it. Manager Eric gets on phone and tells me. Northridge isn't gonna do business with you ever again disrespectful and he feels yall been disrespected. Did Eric as a manager take take time to ask me my version of the story. No. Just listen to the monkeys pumpin the football playing on the phones. Probably why you didn't send the order out right the first time. So Eric says we gonna give you your money back and make a return label. Send us our skid plate back. I'm like. You owe me money. These have over 1200 worth of work done to them. He hasn't even heard my story. He says I flipped off his girl. Made her cry. I'm like woa. You and the other 6 people who all ain't in the loop needs to get together and figure out what's happening so yall don't sound stupid. After me telling him my version. He decides. He's gonna send the box our overnight. And we are good. I apologize to him. And even Dorian. I made sure to make a comment about her making sure not to be mad cause it's not my fault you are dyslexic and didn't read. No disrespect as I'm still gonna get disrespected again. Another woman calls my wife and finally gets me on the phone and say. I'm sir we just realized you habe one extra piece in the set. I'm like. This day 4 or 5. How stupid can you guys be. Then you want me to mail you back the piece for free and still haven't sent mine. I'm like come on. We already talked about this pay me 250 for the work and it's yours. Laughed at me. Eric gets on phone now and asks me how much my time is worth. Most of the time it's 100 plus and hour. So 8 hours plus is what you owe me. 800 dollars of my time. Or more. I told him. Send me the other 2 peices and I'll polish them you can sell them on your site custom for more money and still be good. Laughing. I guess he's not a manager and he's a comedian. I'd cut this guy from your team honestly as a statement. As a manager he screwed up. Cussed us. Not say we didn't cuss him but I honestly am not offended by that. But honestly like I said I'm day 4 or 5 with no hardware and a bad taste in my mouth. And it's basically because I'm sitting here telling you guys something and you guys don't care. But u got my money.
So my wife call the credit card and disputes it. Still arguing with your manager he decides to send the parts. After she had the file a dispute. Not anything jingle worhty. You need to erase that crap cause you guys owe me 800 dollars as we speak. I can send you a invoice for my time. I'm also in 4 huge jeep clubs in Texas. I'll make sure and post all the emails and threads. Go Eric.
I'd honestly like you to call and apologize for your employees lake of integrity. No response I'm gonna get on the linked In and give a shout out to all the Northridge and yalls friend and you did me like a criminal
Tip for consumers:
Do not use them. Use someone who isn't a unprofessional business owner who's managers cuss customers and tell them they aren't worth there time. But they want me to be a slave to them.

Northridge claims to have the best customer service although in my experience this was the opposite. When I ordered the product I was told that it would be 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them again and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks. So I waited another 2 weels and contacted them and was told it would be another 4-6 weeks. This company routinely lies about the time it will take to receive the product. I was told BDS does not drop ship but when I called BDS they told me they do drop ship. My order was also cancelled without asking and when confronted about this I was accused of asking for the order to be cancelled. Avoid ordering if you want anything soon.
Northridge has met all expectations! If Hogg Status JK still works at Northridge, let him know his stretched Jk is my absolute favorite jeep out there!
There is no other Jeep part provider like Northridge4x4. They are the best! Products, prices, knowledge, shipping times.

excellent customer service. One item was missing and they were quick to get it taken care of. There are a lot of companies selling the same items, lots of choices. Northridge 4x4 is at the top in my book because of their outstanding customer service, something that a lot of other outfits seem to forget.
I am a repeat customer, havng spent thousands with you. Prices are always the best and matching competitors means I don't have to take business elsewhere and I can keep it where I like to, which is with NR.
