Had the shutters installed exactly how we wanted them. They showed up the day they said they would. Honest man even came back to view the work after the installation the same day. Highly recommend.

We were new to using a shutter so it was a learning experience and a little slow to get color selection, but overall communication was good and the ordering process was painless

Installers were good, however, they misunderstood that they were required to change the old belt rollers to the new diamond rollers and install a crank handle for the heaviest shutters. All of these items were stated on my contract
