James took care of me this afternoon when my watch band broke, as well as the online chat person I talked with earlier.

The watch band and the tool are easy to use back in November and my band just broke today when I got caught on the door.

Paid for two watch straps 2/16/22. As of 2/26/22 USPS has continuously refused to "accept" the package. Seller unilaterally offers reversible credit, so it can take payment again if item EVER appears, next week, next month, next year - preventing "cover" - replacement - for the goods I bought and it failed to deliver - unless I want to risk having have more straps than I need or want. Good solution for NYWatchStore - bad for the customer. Risk of loss is on seller under UCC until delivery to my address, NOT on buyer. Not acceptable solution for failure to deliver paid-for goods.

I have purchase two genuine Luminox model (4220 and 3803) watches from NY Watch Store at competitive prices. My orders were processed and confirmed with tracking numbers the same day. Both watches arrived, brand new, in the original Luminox boxes with tags and protective plastics in place. I have spoken to James on the the phone a couple times to ask questions. James is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, regarding all of the watches offered on their website and very customer oriented. I highly recommend NY Watch Store.

They are grey market sellers and ship out watches without even inspecting them. Then customer service was extremely rude. I had to use PayPal for my refund.

All you people with negative reviews are whining about, "I didn't get my watch and they kept my money." You are all dumbasses! I have never had a problem with any company! What the $#*! banks are you using?! All I have to do is call my bank, Bank of America, and tell them I was charged and never received the merch and they do a claim and actually put the money back right then and there. They do a little investigation and a month later I get an email saying it's over and my refund is permanent. So again you guys are $#*!ing stupid if you let them keep your money and deserve whatever you get! It is a FEDERAL OFFWNSE called CREDIT CARD FRAUD! You have the correspondence and the companies info... address, phone, etc. get off your $#*! and quit whining LOSERS! ROTFLMMFAO! They saw you coming...

Free shipping, but they contact me to cancel the order... not buy

Unfortunately, my jeweler said the band wasn't designed to replace my model TW 73! He had very difficult time to make it fit! I accepted the fact when he told me it wouldn't fit like the original band. It looks and feels ok! I knew when I researched TW Steel web site they no longer made this model and couldn't find one other than from your Company. Yes, I'm disappointed but I can deal with it. Appreciate your prompt service answering my issue when my order was duplicatedAlso, appreciate your speedy processing and delivery time!

I am an Australian purchaser and have found NYWatchStore to be honest and fair dealers. You get what you pay for and their follow up service is the best I have had when dealing with an overseas store. The products are genuine and true to brand. I will not hesitate to deal with them again.

What can go wrong with Amazon Pay? Shipping to Europe went smoothy. A pain as always is customs...

I have bought multiple times from NY Watch Store and really like their products and wide selection at great prices! The service is always excellent and if anything is wrong they fix it promptly. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a Luminox Nighthawk F-117 and the watch was a fake watch. It is extremely obvious that it is fake, the exterior part of this watch is supposed to light up like a flashlight. I returned multiple luminox watches to save up for this one and it is very easy to tell the difference between real and fake. The worst part is he sent a fake watch and sent me a F-117 GMT not a standard one which I ordered. I have called his number multiple times and no answer, I have emailed and had not answer. I hope that this guy doesn't steal $634 from me because that would be awful and I worked to pay off this watch the past month. Its clearly a guy named James he runs this one man scam business himself.

The product received was as advertised. Even better. I called customer support when I received my watch and was greeted by James. He was professional, Knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Their priced are excellent and great service. I would highly recommend the NY Watch Store when looking for a quality watch at a great price.

Setting up the order was easy. I forgot to put my apartment number so they called me before they shipped it to verify my address and make sure it was properly being sent. The customer service rep James was very polite.

James called me and help me confirm that the replacement leather bands fit my existing watch. This is very comforting to know as I do not really want to go to stores looking for one because of the COVID. I will update my review once my bands arrive and will provide a picture.

I ordered the watch! They charged my card! The person processing the payment enetered the wrong country name! Then they asked me to send them a copy of my ID and bank card, which a complete nonsense, or otherwise to cancel the order. That is complete B. S.! I decided to cancel. It may cost me EUR 20.00 or EUR 30.00 for nothing, due to exchange rate conversions. Simply, avoid this company!

Very pleased with their customer service. Ordered the wrong size watch bands. The return was complicated by the fact that it took a month for the bands to be delivered to the NY Watch Store. Presumed lost, I ordered two new ones.

When inquiring about the status, they promptly responded. When they finally arrived, they contacted me to arrange the credit.

In addition, very pleased with the quality for the price.

I purchased a watch over a holiday weekend. Shipping was delayed by a day because of the holiday. I emailed NYWatchStore to check on the status of my order and they responded the same day. The info they provided was spot on and the watch even arrived a day earlier than the carrier initially projected.

Intended to order only one band but two were shipped. Called today seeking help in understanding how to avoid this problem in the future.

I recently ordered a watch band online and realized that i ordered a black steel when i wanted a stainless steel. I called and spoke to a very kind and understanding gentleman named James who assisted me in correcting my mistake and directing me to the proper band and assured me my purchase would be shipped the same day.If all customer service people were as kind and patient as James was, the world would be a kinder place, he is certainly an asset to the company! At first I thought oh no... I didn't get my shipment and the tracking numbers weren't working. So I emailed nywatchstore a few times telling them my situation. Well to.my surprise they got back to me immediately and shipped out another band... got my band in a timely manner and it was as expected. Brand new in the package. I'm happy with their customer service and have made other orders which have been filled and shipped out on time.
