Two weeks without the machine I need to breath, they decide if it will be replaced. It worked for two days and then did not deliver the product.nIf you need help, don't go to these people.

The HeartGuide watch/blood pressure monitor is very expensive and there is no repair service at all. At 26 months, my watch component started losing time and required daily re-synching. When I called customer service the response was "you are beyond the warranty and we have no repair service," and the customer rep had the gall to say "if you can resynch and get the right time, what's the problem?"

Tip for consumers:
limited warranty makes the HeartGuide even more expensive by comparison to competitors

I bought blood pressure monitor from Cosco- Ontario - Canada.
The reading of this machine show me very wrong and that to my blood pressure show me above 200 and i was socked. Due to this results I was concern to doctor and I was monitor for two days which cost me more than the monitor price. This is happened when I was visited to usa to my son home.
I called the omron company for this concern and they did not give me satisfactory answer and I been forced to write my review.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Please do not purchase anything from this so called business or manufacturer. They do not live up to their warranty promises. Pray to God if you have a health condition that you have to monitor, please don't ever purchase this crap!

I sent the unit back for repair, took one and a half months. It came back with no box. They said it is accurate. I tried it it does not work. It's I wouldn't recommend it to nobody. I threw the thing in a garbage

I have bought BP meter in 2017 with five years extended warranty. It gave very good service till may 2021. Lat week it showed ERROR. I have contacted call center & they shared Mumbai service center details. I have contacted local service center & they requested me to courier the product to them for service. To my utter surprise i received reinstated BP meter within ONE DAY.
BRAVO. Thanks for such a quick & Hassell free service with resolution.

There customer service is lacking. I ordered a product they used wrong address and will do nothing to fix problem.

Updating my tens unitt to latest model with heat. So far its working great. Both my wife and i use it for back and neck issues along with other helpful meds. Output and setting are a little different from my old one but highly effective and easy to use. This one also requires a direct electrical for charging not batteries. HIGHLY recommended!

In July I bought an Omron Viva to replace my old Omron Karada Scan. I was shocked to discover the enormous difference of the results from the two devices. Since I had also compared with results from a Tanita at a medical clinic which showed almost the exact same results as my Karade my conclusion was that the Viva must be defect.
The body weight was the same on the Karada and the Viva but:

Karada:
Body Fat %: 20,6
Skeletal Muscle: 34,4

Viva:
Body Fat %: 27,5
Skeletal Muscle: 27,7

So I turned to Omron Customer Support and explained the above, asking them what they thought and how we could solve the issue. They referred the "support ticket" to their Swedish wholesaler (SundMed AB)who couldn't answer any questions but said they would ask Omron. Omron answered that it was very complicated and that the two devices used different technology! Of course this did not solve my problem.

I sent a new message to them and asked them which of their current devices would give me the most correct results (since the Viva wasn't). I never got any reply and they haven't offered me any solution whatsoever. I will never buy anything from Omron again.

1) Called helpline number *******492 at 9:43 Am on 04 aug 2020. IVR says we are on off

2) Called helpline number *******492 at 01:06 Pm on 04 aug 2020. IVR says we are not operational due to covid and given some number on IVR for emergency

3) i called on that number 6 times which is ******* ******* but same was not answered and no call back

4) i wrote email at 04 August 2020 13:27 no response

5) i twitted you and omron india on Twitter, no response on twitter

6) at 4:21 pm i got a call back stating that you will receive e mail revert and informed you can submit the nebulizer at rohini which i agreed. As it is required by me i asked if i can do it today, they said it is open till pm only

7) i got reply on email at 4; 45 pm and number given in email is *******767

8) i called on that number 2-3 times no one answered

9) i again called back to the person who called me and requested some contact details, he shared the same and finally i spoke to someone who said kal subha aana, aaj ka time kahatam

At last i have to purchase new and now they are not reimbursing

Using every day morning & evening approx. 3 months only 2 errors one was of clothing don: t know about the other Easy to use unit very good unit in my book

Sometime back, before I found out about this site, I had issues with Omron when my blood pressure monitor would not work and was still under warranty. I called them and was given detailed instructions about returning it to them. After a period of time I was told there was nothing wrong with the apparatus and it was being returned to me. When I opened the package the blood pressure monitor was missing the electronic plug. When I called Omron, they claimed it was never in the package (I had personally witnessed my caregiver enclosing it in the package to be mailed). They were very unpleasant in discussing this with me but they did agree to send me one, which eventually came in the mail. It took over a month to resolve this issue and I had to use an alternate blood pressure monitor as a result. I attempted to discuss the whole scenario with their Customer Service/ Supervisor but was put off. I attempted to post a review on their website but it was denied because it was related to Customer Service.
So what is a customer supposed to do when they are treated so shabbily by a business that depends on their customers? It doesn't make sense! As a result they have lost a customer forever! I will never purchase an Omron product again!

I was having problems with my monitor so I called the number for service and advised what my problem was. After a short explanation the lady said to place the cuff on my left arm and tell her what the reading was. I did and it came up with an error code. She immediately said to change the batteries. She also said to use brand new batteries none that were older than 6 months. That solved the problem even though the batteries I took out tested good. Evidently the voltage of the battery was ok but when a load was placed on them the current requirements was too large. I also ordered an AC converter and now I get consistent readings. No more batteries for me.

It is one of the best product in this price range with lots of feature it is fully automaticand easy ro use and store the data of at least 30 reading

I went to my doctor, she said I have high blood pressure. She wants me to monitor my blood pressure twice a day. She gave me an OMRON blood pressure monitor. That was supposed to take my blood pressure and send it electronically through MY CHART. I took it home and tried to hook it to my PC. I called customer support, the person on the phone didn't seem to be able to help me, she just said it couldn't be done. I did some research and tried a couple different android emulators, I called OMRON customer support again, this time again the person on the phone was no help. I asked her if she could please transfer me to tech support. She informed me that she was there to help we with all my questions. I asked again for tech support, she started typing on a keyboard in the background, and she said she was in contact with someone, and they said it would not work with blue stacks (blue stacks is an android emulator). So, I asked can I please speak with the person from tech support. I asked if blue stacks would not work than what android emulators would. She could not answer. I asked again speak to tech support. She said she could not do that. Then I asked to speak to their IT department. She could not do that either. She hemmed in Hawed awhile, then said that he would call me back tomorrow. That never happened. I continued trying to make it work through other android emulators. Finally, I went out and got a Amazon fire tablet and tried that way. So once again I called customer support at OMRON, just to find out that their unit will not work with that tablet. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that it would not work with that tablet and even if I got a device it would work with, their system will not work with THE MY CHART app anyway. I will never get a product from this company and I seriously recommend that nobody else does either.
