This company is only one of two companies where you can buy an eSIM for your Samsung Galaxy Watch! The other company (GlobalRoaming) I did business with was totally horrible, however, OneSimCard is such an awesome company with great tech support and customer service! They really care about making their customers happy and go out of their way to help you if you have problems along the way. Installing the eSIM is quite simple, just be sure to follow the Samsung guide on how to do it first and it goes much quicker! This company is also great about making sure you have a phone number that works where you live and you just ask for a PEN add on to the service, its also very quick and easy! I hope you enjoy OneSimCard as much as I have! If you have any questions please feel free to ask me and if I can I will be glad to respond!
OneSimCard service has been down for two days. No updates. No Live Chat. Failure to communicate. Stufrf breaks and that is understandable. What is unforgiveable and potentially dangerous to my future welll-being should I not be able to access my funds in a medical emergency, is the FAILURE of this company to communicate when they have a problem: No updats; No phone response; Time out on Live Chat; No email communication. This is unforgivable and, for this reason, this is a company to be avoided.
Total rip off of a company. Rip you off on internet, move numbers on your account then say you did. Have guidlines and dont follow them. Avoid.
UPDATE below you can see they tried to blackmail me to remove this review before they'd escalate my issue...
Tip for consumers:
Just terrible customer service

I am an ex-pat who does not live in the United States. I use OneSimCard for the purpose of a U.S. number for some bank accounts that require 2FA via a domestic phone number.
OneSimCard provides this service and it works well. However, I give this company a FAIL and warn others to stay away. OneSimCard sevice has now been down for two days and I cannot access my money. ALL means of communication, including Live Chat FAIL. I'm in trouble and will ditch this company ASAP.

OneSimCard 2FA phone number in the U.S.
It worked in Cuba but very, very expense, more than Cubacel network. It spent $45 in just 2 smalls calls between Havana and Santa Clara. Also it is not friendly. Not recommended.
Tip for consumers:
for travel to Cuba no buy it.
Avoid this card. Rip off. Better off buying a card at your destination. Billing is problematic and your money will disappear.
OneSIMCard SIMs comes with an Estonian cellular telephone number. While OneSIMCard technical support service says the number works - - it does not work universally. You cannot call it from an AT&T or Mobal cellular account, nor from a Verizon Fios or Pioneer Telephone land line account. The only way to reach it to call its assigned US number which costs extra. That obviates its usefulness overseas since you will not receive free incoming calls on the US number. Truly an unreliable product to stay away from. Ken

I should add that I did a review on this site awhile back on several companies, and one of them was Global Roaming which I also mentioned in this review. I would not mind doing a full review, if asked, on Global Roaming in order to show the contrast between the two companies, they both sell essentially the same product, however, sadly Global Roaming does not take care of its customers and they actually falsify many of their claims that they can not live up to on their homepage.

I purchased an esim world and it didn't work in my country, they wouldn't refund me even though I didn't install it, thry blocked me also, not good people,

None , it doesn’t work
I used up Europe & More card with $75 for 2GB deal and thought I can add at least 2GB by adding $100 to the balance of the account - the balance was $0 next day. After chatting with David from customer support on their web-site, it appears that they charged per mb rate which is huge ripoff instead. David wasn't very helpful, even seemed intentionally dense. Don't use this card - you can buy much more reasonable card from local European vendors and they will not be intentionally confusing. There are some consumer protection laws in Europe
German network providers do NOT support this Simcard. On the website they claim that they cover Garmany but I am from Germany and it doesn't work - their support confirmed that their simcards are not coverd by German network providers (see screenshot below). This might affect other European countries as well since e.g. the simcard is not working for telecom.
Now I want my money back bcs. They make false claims on their website and it is not working for me in Germany but the support is not responding to my mails.
Additional they are very expensive compared to other providers. Look for other providers!
Especially when you want to travel in Europe or if you have family/friends in Europe.
Even though I knew that buying local sim would be cheaper than buying just one international sim, I wanted to make things easier while travelling and choose onesim card.
However, their web is totally not user friendly and I think they kind of do it on purpose to deceive you and get more money.
I bought a 5g data package and left 125 dollars credit in the account, planning to use it to buy another packages in the future. (You can only recharge from 25 to 25 dollars, but the plan costs are not round numbers, which make you always leave a lot of credit inside it).
After my package was over, without informing me anything, they just start using my credit and charging me a absurd cost 20x higher for mb. I didn't know I was supposed to log in the web, and confirm that I wanted the discounted package price (isn't that obvious?!?!). When I noticed that I was navigating without a "discounted packaged activated" I realized they have charged me 120 dollars for 2 days internet usage (no videos, only what's app and web).
I tried to reach out the customer service, but they haven't provided any help at all!
Horrible service. In their description, it states: USA Phone Number for 2 step SMS verifications and alarms from PayPal, Banks and financial institutions. However, after purchase, it can not receive txt code from etoro at all. ( etoro is just a normal financial institution). And I checked on phonevalidator website, the phone number they provide is a VOIP number! Who would pay 79 dollars for a VOIP number?! Google voice is free!
Not as described and way over priced!
I paid 79.90USD for their 2-step verification sms number.
The number worked and I did receive the sms code sent by PayPal but then PayPal suspended the account permanently saying the number used when opening the account is fraudulent&stolen.
Do not use their service if you are looking to get a US Number to open a PayPal account and for receiving 2-step verification SMS codes.
Scammer. Don't fulfill the promise. When I asked for refund the money because they didn't fulfill the promise that's time close the live chat support by themself.
The service itself works reasonably well, but be sure to read the fine print, and minimize the funds you deposit unless you are using the service constantly. If you don't travel abroad frequently and use up the deposits they will be confiscated and you will lose them entirely. It is very different from Skype and you should understand that if you deposit more than the minimum amounts ($25) you are at risk.
Could not make or receive phone calls. Seek another sim card company. Their tech support in Italy, yeah ok, non-working sim card, no phone, no tech support and no refund! NOT RECOMMENDED!
This service is terrible and the and borders on fraud. There is all kinds of fine print everywhere in their website that is impossible to fully read without enormous effort before you enroll. Numerous calls from the US to my personal extra (PEN) number did not go through. In a two week trip to Greece and Israel I had to contact tech/customer support eight times. In the iPhone there is a profile that gets installed that shows you the remaining balance on the account. It was showing a balance of $25.55 (after starting with $30) when a business call I was on was disconnected because of insufficient funds. I was told I had to activate the additional $20, which I did, only to be told it was used up already when my call was disconnected, despite paying for $50.00 in data and voice service when I enrolled. I primarily used WhatsApp and I was using the OneSimCard voice VERY little during this trip. I still cant figure out what happened to the additional $20 that disappeared. I plan on disputing the entire charge with my credit card company.
I not recomended this service. If you want credible service for traveling with wordwide SIM card, choose another service. 23 days with this support and result is $#*!. I definitely not recomended this SIM card service. Terrible support!
And also is very expensive, they have unprofessional support.
I not recomended it. Please, choose another services.
First Sim card would not accept calls. Took them 2 days to fix that problem.
I was never able to send texts to the U.S. Also unable to text any pictures. And unable to text two people at once. Called tech support, and they were no help. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I have been a OneSim customer for over 15 years. It is cheaper to use this SIM card and a personal extra number in Canada than any of the price-fixing Canadian monopoly telecoms. I have used the card all over the world and the technology is all it says it is. Technology is a complicated thing these days and customers get annoyed if it does not work. And some parts of OneSim do not work in certain countries - SMS in UK for example on certain plans. Customer service is exemplary - real people answer your queries or e-mail you promptly if they are overly busy. Recommended highly from this customer.
It was fine. It takes a lot to make the card work. I always have to do manual network selection and I have to do that frequently throughout the day
A few days ago I tried to get answers to the differences between two of your sim card products. I live in Mexico frequently, but also live in Europe often. After initially getting timely responses -- I stopped getting responses. That's not promising.
So today, I thought I"d give you a second try. I contacted your company and customer service, and got immediate and helpful responses right away. Good! That's good.
So I tried to place an order for 2 sim cards using my Firefox browser. The order stalled (the shipping address zip code was locked and I couldn't change it) and when I contacted customer service, I was told to switch browsers to Chrome.
I switched browsers to Chrome and on filling out the form again, noticed that the 1st page of the order form asks for the type of shipping to be used as well as shipping zipcode. This was the problem in the previous order -- the shipping zipcode locks when one enters it on the 1st page (customer service didn't know this).
So I made that change and was able to fill in all information, credit card, etc. Then I hit "process order."
The "Processing your transaction" screen came up, with instructions "Do not click refresh or the back button" -- so I didn't.
The screen remained locked up at "processing." I let Customer service know after five minutes that the order did not appear to be processing. No reply.
I let Customer service know again after 10 more minutes that the order did not appear to be processing and that my screen remained locked. What should I do? No reply.
After a half hour, I signed back onto OneWorldSim with Firefox (without cancelling or changing anything on Chrome)and contacted the Chat function to say, "No one is responding to me after a half hour. What should I do?" Now I got a response to clear my cookies, change to Chrome (I was already on Chrome for the order) and reboot my modem. This was clearly not the problem. I order from Amazon, Apple, and a dozen other vendors weekly without any problems. This was a glitch at OneWorldSim.
So I signed off. Restarted my computer. Signed on with Firefox, then sent through my order again. This time it cleared. (But I will keep a watch out on my credit card to make sure I don't get double charged).
I have been a long-term customer with Wireless Traveler, and have used their sims in my phones for years -- but finally got fed up with their inability to solve basic functional glitches in their sims and with unresponsive customer service.
Your product comes well-recommended, as you know. And I'm looking forward to trying it out. We live abroad as permanent nomads, so our connectivity is important.
But this lack of professionalism in customer service is a worry. We are professional writers with many friends who seek our advice on connectivity as digital nomads. Right now I can't recommend they use your services yet. We'll see how this goes.

I was a little confused on the data packages and how they would work. Not sure if they renew automatically or not. Customer Support did help.
The nature of this item makes ordering confusing, but most information was presented clearly and the customer support was helpful.
Good. Called and got directions to transfer the balance from the sim card that was replaced. It was smooth.
I have a Moto G Plus (5th Generation) model phone so typed it in "other", but that wasn't accepted so I had to go back and select a phone that I didn't have. Other than that, a good experience.
