Paid my $4.50 balance in full the day of the transaction, and have the statement to prove it. Vendor still harassing me for $60 in fees to bring account current and close it. Impossible to reach anyone. This is a soulless organization. Stay clear.

Scammers!

Never was able to send any fax, not sure i even signed up for this.
They harass you for payment, $70-$80 for never ever using their service.
Not even one fax. They will never ever see a dime from me.
They keep sending emails, after i've asked them to stop.
They don't seem to care! STAY AWAY!

SCAM WEBSITE! CHARGED $1377 TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR NOTHING - I uploaded my doc and it never went through. They never replied to my multiple emails. WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING! I'm filing charges against them through my credit card company and through the international e-commerce complaint site: https://www.econsumer.gov/en/FileAComplaint#crnt and on bbb.org scam tracker site.

This is a total scam service. DO NOT USE THEM. THERE ARE COUNTLESS complaints all over the internet. They do not send faxes. They send you bills and charge you late fees 10 times more than the cost of the service and they threaten you with fees as much as $100 for trying to close and cancel your account and then they follow up with emails telling you that Not paying is stealing. I paid over and over again to try to stop the harassment. They claim that it was never received even though PayPal has the record and just hang up the phone on you.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THEIR SYSTEM. IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE AND NOW I'M CONTACTING A LAW FIRM TO TRY AND STOP THEM FROM CONTINUING TO RUN THIS SCAM.

Scammers of many, charge you for $2 fax, then charge $60 to get away from them. They have been doing it for 2 years, time for class action lawsuit. They have F rating at BBB and many complaints at the Texas Attorney Generals Office. Matt Bailey *******715 has never been sued and has never successfully collected from anyone in court for these late fees. So don't give in to their "daily balance reminder" emails, that is just meant to frustrate you to pay them to make them go away. They don't have your credit card or any other info such as your SSN so don't worry, and the clauses in their Terms of Use are illegal (NOT drafted by legal counsel) as to these late fees and penalties. They will claim they are legal and try and lock you into admitting this in an email, but don't admit to it, it is merely another intimidation tactic if you don't know the law. It is clearly illegal and you will not have to pay them anything. SAVE OTHERS FROM ONETIMEFAX.COM's unlawful business practices.

I am writing this review to warn anybody from using this scam website OneTimeFax.com

This website is trying to use your urgent need of sending a fax, and they start playing games with you to pay them some ridiculous amount.

This is how:

First they will mention to you that your fax has failed and they will resend it for additional amount...
Then, you will find our that the fax didn't reach the destination too... So, you try to contact them on their website... But you won't find any customer service number to talk to published on the website, and when you press contact us on their website, you will get the response that No Operators are available...

You will end up being fed up, and forget about the whole story...

After 15 to 20 days they will start sending you some reminders about the amount...

But, the way they play is that in their hidden terms of services (which is the usual long terms of service that you will skim through it and check agree):

- They will charge you 15$ for one month of late charges (probably more than 500% of the original charges).
- You are not allowed to file a complaint against them with any other organization (they mention that no organization has any power over them), and they will charge 35$ multiple times if you dare to file a COMPLAINT AGAINST THEN!
- If you decide to cancel your account they will charge you another 30$! That's funny, but why would you need to cancel your account!

So, now they will keep harassing by e-mails asking you to pay this ridiculous charges.

If you tell them that you didn't receive any service, they will tell you that they are charging for utilization and not for the end results.

Probably lots of people will be getting scared and will pay the charges fearing that this company will be hurting their credit report...

But this is what you should be doing:

- Do not be scared or loose your sleep for this fraud company.
- Although they threating people from filing complaints against, you will need to file a complaint at:
1- The bureau of better business (www.bbb.org) -- By the way B BB is rating this company as F
2- The Attorney General of Texas (https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml)

The business information are:

Name: EJOAT Enterprises
Phone: *******486
Fax: *******612
Address: PO Box 1907
Van, TX *******-1907
Original Business Start Date: August 2004
Principal: Mr. Matthew Bailey, Owner
Customer Contact: Mr. Matthew Bailey, Owner

The more complaints filed against, the sooner this website will be shutdown.

3- Finally, never pay them a penny as long as you didn't receive any service from them.

Do not be scared of their terms of service (they can write what they want); but they cannot sue you because of couple of dollars (Simply it will cost them hundreds in lawyers to go after you).

They won't even be able to touch your credit history

If anyone got scammed by this website, please join me in stopping this fraud and shutting down this website
