Only Natural Pet

Every order contains dented cans that cannot be used! 23 out of 80 cans I received today are worthless! I told them when I ordered it, "I will call back if they arrive dented"! They said, "we will ask you to return them at your cost". Boy am I stupid or what? There is zero improvement! I have never had to pay to ship them back before, this must be a new thing! BEWARE! She even had the audacity to blame the carriers! The boxes ARE NEVER DAMAGED, JUST SELLING DENTED CANS AND NOW TRYING TO STICK CUSTOMER FOR THEM! DISGUSTING COMPANY PRACTICES!

I purchased Only Natural Pet Hairball Care chews at Pet Smart. When I went to open them, I could not get the lid to open. After serval try's with different openers, I cut the lid with a knife. The inner seal was stuck to the lid.after all the trouble. My cat want eat them, just smells and walks off. So I have 60 chews that I can't use.
With a damaged lid don't think Pet Smart will refund my money. Will not recommend buying this product.
It smells like a cattle cake (pellet) you feed cattle.

Horrible customer service, they just want your money they don't care about your pets. I tried to cancel my order multiple times before it was shipped out to an address I don't live at anymore. I can't get the product and they're refusing to give me my money back. Nasty business I hope it gets shut down

This simple product, in the past year, has proven itself 100%. There is a trick though. (You have to start using it BEFORE a flea infestation) This is a chemical-free preventative. It doesn't kill fleas, it makes your pet a less appetizing target. As a result, fleas won't want to hitch a ride into your home. Oh, and there is a bonus domino effect, my super-sensitive indoor cat has been scab-free for the first time in years!

This is not a company that you can trust for your pets well being. We had a terrible experience with a Only Natural Pet product that nearly cost my pet's eye site. Inferior products made in China. Fortunately, we got him to the vet in time, Only Natural Pet's response? Crickets. Terrible company.

What we hoped would be a great relationship when it came to buying locally...it was not. In the year that we've been customers, Only Natural Pet Store, has let us down on multiple occasions. We had a standing order of Wholesome Homemade for our dogs...3 times they were out. Twice they sent us 3-6lb bags for the price of the one we normally get. However, this past time they sent us the 3-6lb. And charged us more...without letting us know. The charge just showed up! They obviously have supply chain issues...as well as customer service issues, as they can't communicate to save their lives.

High prices they have, integrity they do not.

Don't care about the customers and won't even try to help, specifically Kai - unhelpful and doesn't care.

I purchased 2 products on separate occasions and interacted with CS. The first time was due to a mis advertised item. I received a speedy reply and offered a couple different choice to resolve issue and was pleased with CS. The second time, not so much. I had purchased a dog food and had inquired later that had it been tested for heavy metals. I also asked that if so, could they share the results. I was assured that it was tested but was told they do not share results with the public. They didn't even confirm that the levels were within safe limits. I then asked for a refund and return shipping label. I received a refund the next day but apparently they didn't want the product back. It isn't even being offered as available as I write this. I give em 5 stars for CS but 1 star for transparency.

THE WORST PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been buying the Only Natural Pet PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner, which has super food bites & 100% raw wild salmon. However, when I bought a bag of it last time, there are barely no super food bites and 100% raw wild salmon in it. I contacted the company directly since they were the one manufactured it, but the customer service was VERY rude and not helpful at all. They told me just to take it back to the store I got it from. RIDICULOUS! No apology or offering for free bag coupon whatsoever! I highly recommend to AVOID ANY PET FOODS F from this useless company with VERY POOR quality control.

Most recent, and will be my last problem with this site: they canceled my order with no reason. Avoid this site, and go shop somewhere else, maybe try Chewie's.

Past Problem, Website Glitch: I placed a new order on Monday, 9/30, and of Thursday 10/3 my new order is still sitting in limbo/unfulfilled. I'm pretty sure there's a glitch in their new website that does not send the completed order to the shipping dept. I guess I'll have to start ordering from Chewy.com.

I ordered the grain and potato free variety of a buffalo dry dog food. Instead they shipped the normal version of the food, my dog is allergic to grain and so the food was useless. I called Customer Support and they assured my they would send out a replacement bag that same day. Three days later, I still had no food and no shipping tracking number. I called them up and it turns out nobody had shipped it out! They assured me they would send it out that day for next day delivery.

The next day I received the wrong food again! They sent chicken and not buffalo! Apparently nobody who works in their warehouse can read the front of a bag, or check a UPC code! Three screw-ups for one order! At that point I called and requested a refund. I don't know how a company like this stays in business.

My dog Thumbalina was suffering from seizures for years. From a very young age she has been in and out of vet's with blood tests seeing specialists even a MRI at six months old:(
They told me she would never walk, and would probably die before she's five.
That wasn't going to happen on my watch. I started surfing for all the info i could get on this disorder and found out most of the seizures our pets suffer from are behavioral seizures.
That can be treated natural EASESURE five drops in the morning meal and then again at night. She has know idea she even took anything. NO SIDE EFFECTS! *phenobarbital*@#! And other pharmaceuticals.
Thumbalina is now thirteen and seizure free.
