I purchased 2 cuffs one for each of my sisters, they wear them everyday. Having co-ordinates to a specific place that holds such amazing memories engraved on such an aesthetically pleasing piece bought up emotions unmatched by any other piece of jewellery they've received from me. I am so thankful! Not only that but their customer service and speedy delivery given the task was incredible!
I'm very disappointed by the whole experience with this company. I placed my order in 28 Jan. They didn't inform me that they do not ship to my country until I emailed them after 2 weeks. Then they told me on 12 Feb that they will proceed to issue a refund. But I still haven't got my refund until now (27 Feb)! And I emailed them and also messaged them via fb several times to follow up, and no further response. I have no idea when can I receive my refund.

I have ordered three cuffs (2 matching, 1 separate) and have been extremely please with the quality of the products, the speed of delivery, and most importantly, the customer service. When a mistake was noticed in the coordinates of one cuff (might have been my error - not sure), it was immediately replaced with no questions asked and no additional charge. Highly recommended!
Love the cuffs. I wasn't so sure they would arrive in time for our anniversary but I emailed their support and Selena said since this is my 3rd order, she was able to expedite it for me. I purchased three cuffs and one necklace so far. And I'm telling you I'm in love with these cuffs like it's been over 6 months since I bought them and first they haven't change the beautiful gold colour and I wear them every single day I don't even remove them. I surprised my fiancé with our cuffs for Memorial Day Weekend. We are getting married 12/31/2020! Looking forward to celebrating ourselves and the end of 2020. We had to reschedule to 12/31/2022 due to COVID 19. But, we enjoy wearing our cuffs each and every day. #lovewins.
I had my cuff made earlier this year. I lost my mum recently and wanted something she always said to me printed on it. When it came I cried. Tears of joy. It's perfect. Ordered a product weeks ago. Did not arrive on time. When I enquired they just referred me to the delivery company. No apology, missed the anniversary. I would look elsewhere.

However, I do think it is a bit extreme that you’re posting about this situation again in December when you had ordered back in August. We already issued you a FULL refund in the amount of $24.18 via PayPal on September 13th at 11:19 am. Please check your PayPal. I am sure the situation was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
