I wanted to leave this review for people who wanted to learn about how to hire, onboard, manage and train VA's so they can keep working on growing their business.

It's really a good course, well structured that comes up with cheatsheets to help you remember the important part, and you can even use them as kind of a plug and play system.

For example when you want to interview a VA, you can just copy paste questions from the sheet cheat and make things goes faster without forgetting what you need to say.

Also it comes up with really helpful pieces of advice that you may not have think of, like checking if your potential VA hire can come up with a backup plan for internet in case there is a power outage.

Definitely recommend!

I own an agency for systematizing & outsourcing eCommerce stores. Our process includes recruiting and training VAs for our clients. We've been doing it for couple of years and are not too bad at it.

That being said, when Nathan & Connor's course came out I didn't hesitate. I knew we could improve our operation leveraging on their proven methods and I wasn't disappointed. The course is full of gems we've been slowly going through and incorporating in the appropriate places in our process, and we're already seeing gradual improve in our candidates quality, accompanied by improvement in our efficiency.
