Paid £149.99 for advert - promised refund if no bookings. After the 2 year period was up my advert was extended another 12 months and now again until end of Feb. (was told 30th Feb originally! - didn't know there was such a date) I keep sending emails asking why the extensions to advert have happened but not received a proper reply, also phoned and left messages - never able to speak to anyone, no reply received. On the rare occasion I do get a reply email I am told to check the T & C's - I just want an answer and my money back please! Yep - same thing again, Feb. 2016. I was automatically emailed to say advert due to expire, I requested refund, request ignored as usual and advert automatically extended for another 6 months.

I have to agree with other owner's comments here who set out the lack of bookings and more importantly seemingly being ignored by the company. It is not about the money either as their special trial offers seem too good not to go with and I suspect that is about the sum of it, with the old saying - if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
I can only speak as I find as an individual owner who is trying to offset the costs of owning by having a good stream of guests and dealing with straightforward reliable companies. However I haven't had any bookings in fact I don't think I've even had any serious enquiries from their site unlike Owners Direct or Direct villas etc so I don't think it is the property.
I am now on about the 4th email request to Jenny or Steve and had expected either a reply with perhaps an explanation as to why that is the case or one would expect they would want to show that their guarantee for the albeit small sum of money to be returned is actually what they honour.
I don't have any great hopes that this will happen and all I can say is thank goodness I didn't spend out for their normal package. I post this just to set out my experience and is of course up to fellow owners where they choose to put their properties and cash with.

We booked a apartment in Costa del sol last year with ownersrentals.com. All went well had a great time, everything was there, what said it was supposed to be, near beach, air con etc. Very good would highly recommend. The site is easy to navigate the owners got back to us quick and it was all confirmed and booked within 24 hours. Would use again, no problem.

I took them up on an offer of "Guaranteed bookings or your money back" and paid £149.99 last March. I haven't had any bookings, but despite emailing lots asking for my money back I haven't had a response. I posted a message on their FaceBook page (which has now mysteriously disappeared) and some one replied saying that they had been trying to contact me but couldn't. My email address and phone number are on all my emails and their website! I doubt I will ever see my money!
Ah! I have attracted attention. "Paul" called me and said "what was the problem?". Then he threatened me by suggesting that he would get his CEO Team to write nasty blogs etc and put on the interent about my holiday homes. Nice people eh?

We have just taken our last booking for this year for our holiday rental villa in Kissimmee Florida through Owners Rentals. We signed up with them last October 2014, and was advised on the premium listing due to Florida being very popular with the owners, and since then we’ve not looked back. Its now just April 2015 and were fully booked for this year, with over 75% of the bookings coming from OwnersRentals.com website. We are really pleased with the service and would not only like to thank them, but would highly recommend them to other owners, based on our experience.

Ownersrentals.com have been a very good company to us, advertising our holiday home in Florida, especially over the last few years in this global economic downturn. To be honest without a constant flow of enquiries and bookings I think we would have been in serious trouble.
We have also booked a weekend away in Spain with them for a golf tournament we attended.
The customer service is very good, they have always gone the extra mile to help us and the prices are extremely competitive. Very good site if you want to advertise your holiday home and very good to book a holiday rental direct.

I’ve been renting my holiday villa in Florida with OwnersRentals.com for over 6 years, extremely productive with a good conversion of inquires turning into paying customers. There customer services is excellent and I’ve never had a problem with them, I upgraded a couple of years ago to the Premium Package and have had a 30% increase in bookings over the last couple of years. I would highly recommend their services to other holiday home owners. They have been around for over a decade and are very professional. As i'm writing this my wife has just let me know that we have just taken another booking from Ownersrentals.com for our holiday villa in Florida, that's the 3rd this week. Nothing but praise and a very productive site, beats all the other ones were on by far.

We have advertised our villa in Kissimmee Florida with Ownersrentals.com for 5 years now, and always found them very professional, and polite when weve have to call them. We get plenty of bookings and our home is ranked on page 1 of google with them. Good company worth whatever they charge. However i've been informed that they are being brought out in the new year so hopefully the good service will continue.

Reliable site to book lodging since I have been using for over 2years when vacation tool place. Each experience is satisfactory.

The market for holiday rentals in Florida is extremely competitive, and without ownersrentals.com i think we would of had to sell by now, so with that in mind we are happy to write these comments and have no problem recommending Ownersrentals.com to other owners and travellers looking to book holiday homes online especially in Florida.

Beware for this promises - Guaranteed booking Deals

I have joined Ownersrental.com last December 22-2012 and paid $239.98 USD to post an advert Villa for rental, for the best premium listing.

After joining for 7 months, forget about dreaming the promise of Guaranteed booking Deals, I have never received a receipt for my payment, despite asking/emailing/calling the company 2-5 times by email and phone.
Note: This receipt is important for me for tax deduction purposes.

Nor were inquiries from a client ever delivered to my email address.

Instead, they keep sending me new email to advertise again for f-9.99 for 1 year listing. It appears that either they do not know that I am paid-up customers are OR,
They have never received my $239.98 USD payment.

I've been advertising holiday rentals with OwnersRentals.com for over 6 years now, as a property manager i have to look for the best deal and service, and have always found them the best in both. I also contact the owners before adding their property with OwnersRentals.com and always get a very positive response.(To be honest they usually ask me first to use ownersrentals)

I have personally used them and i also know of lots of people who have used them to book holiday rentals with them as well, all with good reviews.

I would highly recommend them to anyone want to either advertise a holiday home or book a holiday rentals with them, based on my experience.
