Very pleased with the service that this company provides. My machine was malfunctioning and repairman gave me a quick and honest repair and l didn't have to have my mother with out her oxygen for very long. Honest and prompt service makes a company l am very pleased to do business with.

My experience was I got a used machine with 7000 hours on it and it was dead on arrival. The shipping box is three times bigger than the machine. After repeated attempts I finally got a return authorization. Shipping this huge box is a major hassle. And costly. The next machine arrived with bearing failure. It lasted 5 minutes. I emailed but heard nothing back. My warranty has expired. From the first machine. So that is that. Same game that is being run on eBay. I patrol those waters.

This is the most irresponsible, uncaring, unprofessional organizations I have ever experienced. They never answer their phones and rarely return calls. As a physician I strongly suggest you use any other provider than this one.

I have bought ever Flo from them for 7 years and never had a problem with there service I will go to them again when I need one. They have always been polite and helpful on the phone. Curt w. Mn

The machine arrive Early December 2017 Without a
Rear door filter cover and did not operate properly.
The machine sensor indicator read below normal
Oxygen levels during operation. Under the direction
Of Justin LaClair over the phone he talked me
Through a field fix. Justin LaClair suggested that the
O2 sensor was likely malfunctioning and because I
Am technically inclined he would send a new PC card
(O2 sensor card) for me to replace. The PC card
Never arrived or was never sent. I requested the rear
Filter door for the machine on six separate occasions.
Justin LaClair assured me the door was shipped and it
Never arrived. The oxygen machine critically failed
Friday, February 3. The machine would operate for
30 seconds and shut down and alarm. We ended up
Having to buy a new machine from a different vendor.
Justin LaClair promised a FedEx return slip to
Evaluate this machine for warrantee and or return.
Justin LaClair failed to generate a return slip
Therefore never providing even warranty service.
Oxygen plus failed on EVERY promise and a
Compromise my pets life and contributed directly to
My pet Nigels death. My pet Nigel died in is gone for
Cremation and this broken Oxygen Plus Machine still
Sits on my porch waiting to be picked up by FedEx on
February 18th.
If you depend on an oxygen machine for life do not
Purchase one from this company. They absolutely do
Not and did not delivered on any of their promises
Whatsoever. Justin LaClare and Oxygen Plus lacks
Honor.

Why would they send out a broken machine? I am sick and tired of animal products companies not being held responsible for their negligence. To most people our animals are our children and if you are part of the reason they died you should be held responsible.No amount of money can change what happen nor bring Nigel back, but you should not have to pay for the failed equipment. If they didnt correct the issue when it failed then they should be held accountable for sure! R. I. P Nigel
