Received a damaged item Dec 21. Had difficult being given a return form and address. Only received after writing a poor review on different website. Now I have returned item (with tracking) and have yet to hear from Ozgameshop. Despite trying to contact via email and website. I would avoid this company.

Just purchased my Tuscany expansion for Viticulture. The entire process from registering a new account and selecting trio paying was very smooth, informative, and easy to understand. A very good use interface which further shows how much of a good and professional company this site is which takes itself very seriously in the boardgames industry.

Had so much trouble finding a specific game here in Australia as no retailer was stocking it, my only options were websites I'd never used or Asian based and it's always a toss up as to if it will be English if bought that way.

Luckily Ozgameshop also popped up and had a better price than all the rest, thankfully so as everytime I've shopped with them it's been nothing but a breeze from cart to in my hands.

This is now my second purchase from them. Goods arrived within stated timeframes. A great selection of interesting games on offer. I am not sure how to join their mailing list, so I keep checking their website for new items and offers.

Decent price and great free and fast delivery when you spend over $50. Only bone to pick is the rewards system...
The points you earn should never expire and when you redeem the points it should be to the dollar they are worth. Not $5 or $10 or $15, if you have $12.10 worth you should be able to redeem all of it for your purchases. I lost $2.10 in points because they expired, how dumb is that. You also have to spend over $100 to even redeem the code, so really there are too many catches there.

Always find what I want at a good price. Support always get back to you quickly. Very happy with everything.

I honestly thought this was going to be another one of those buy and download sites but so far so good. A friend recommended this website as he bought games from it in the past no issue. I purchased 4 items a few weeks ago and they sent 1. It can take up to 30 days and no tracking was sent. The other 3 items have still not been sent so I sent a chat and contact page email. The chat box had a women twice now named Katie resolve the issue without responding to me. No replay from the contact page either. The live chat does not work or either of the phones numbers. I still have not got the tracking info and they will not respond to me asking them about that or the other 3 items. I have again left a message with the chat and sent a email. It I dont get a response I have no other choice but to go to the ACCC to see if they can help. I have also recorded all interactions with them. What else do you do when you have no items they wont reply to basic information about what you have paid for. The worst online experience I have ever has. Update of today{28/08/21} Katie once again resolved my questions without even replying to me just out of general good customer service I have added another screenshot to prove it. I am really surprise they have a high review remark as I cannot even get a response I guess they do that when they have issues with there orders otherwise its a smooth transition. Before you buy I would try the live chat to see if it works and there phone numbers because they dont work for me.
