I first saw an ad for Pacific Play arcade on Craigslist under the video games section. They listed their arcade machines for sale and listed their business website. I looked at the site and thought their offerings were reasonable in price but a bit plain. I contacted the sales team via their email address *******@pacificplayarcades.com and asked if they could build a custom arcade machine? I included a picture of a machine I found online and explained what i was looking for. I received a prompt reply stating that they could build it and after some back and forth a quote with an invoice. I decided to go for it and made the payment and sent them my raspberry Pi with all my roms on it. They told me it would be 10 days to complete my order. The order date is 3/29/19. It is now 7/7/19 and they still haven't delivered anything. I've been promised pictures, given excuses and even offered a discount for the delay but nothing has happened. Tom the sales guy has been responsive at times offing occasional updates and promises of delivery dates and pictures failing to deliver on multiple occasions. I've given them extension after extension because I really want what they've promised and the discount they've promised as well. I'm getting to the point that no amount of discount or promise made will suffice if the promised delivery never happens. They've promised to deliver it this Friday the 31st and if they miss that date, I will be challenging my credit card. I believe they now want me to cancel the order as they would likely lose money on the order and could sell it at a much greater profit if I cancel. This is a poor business model and customer service should be number one especially for a fledgling business just starting out. I cancelled my order and Tom said he would ship back my Pi with Roms and money but I never received anything. He has refused to respond now as well.

Tip for consumers:
They sell on both the website and Craigslist in the video games area. Stay away Tom will promise the moon and never deliver anything. He seems like a nice guy but after 4 months you realize he never delivers on what he says.
Same as above, took money, promised multiple dates of pictures and shipping, now is not talking to me. Total scam.
