Great service! Booked online easily and the collection/delivery were done without any issues. Not a regular shipper, however I would definitely use again and happy to recommend.
This is my first time to use the service from this company. The experience is really bad! I have an pallet to be shipped from Germany to United Kingdom. I have place on order online on in mid Jan and completed the payment. However, the company told me there is no carrier that can provide the service at the moment and asked me to wait. After several conversation finally they told me in early Feb there is an other carrier can be used but I have to pay around 40% more of the shipping cost. I have completed the payment again and they ask them to complete several documents which provide the information I have given them already. The pallet has been collected for 2 weeks but there is no update from the company. I have to keep asking the status EVERYDAY but they cannot give me any information like where is the pallet! The service is very poor. Don't use the service from this company!

I have relocated from Manchester to London last year, and I used Pallet2ship to move my belongings. The whole experience was great. I have used their parcel services a few times to send to the USA. Their prices are very competitive and their team on the phone helped me with the customs documents. I like that the website allows you to create an invoice for customs also. Called a few times and was always given the info I needed. Will be using them again.

I used to use various different pallet and parcel websites before finding Pallet2Ship. After my first job with them I knew I would only book them going forward. I can call them and they respond to my emails very quickly, even before they open at 9am when I email out of hours. Their prices are good and I can't fault the services.

I recently used Pallet2Ship to send a package from the UK to Italy. Booked the shipment approximately one month ago, and I have to say, I am quite pleased with the overall experience.
The booking process was quite simple and straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and was able to quicky input all of the necessary information. I appreciated that the company provided a clear breakdown of the pricing for the different shipping options available to me, so I could make an informed decision about which one to choose.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Pallet2ship to others. The booking process was easy, the pricing was transparent. And the level of communication was top-notch.l would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

I got a quote to ship a pallet to France and settled on a 2-3 working day transit time. Despite advertising this, they then sent an email that stated 1-5 working days transit time. 6 wording days have passed and the estimated delivery time has passed with no updates form the carrier. I have contacted Pallet2Ship who have not responded. In addition to this, I was unhappy with the lack of information on the website regarding weight and measurements. They charged me extra because I did not include the actual pallet itself in the dimensions.

2. one-week deliveries take 1-2 months or are lost in transit!
3. No one picks up phones.

5. MAJORITY OF 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE, ON TRUSTPILOT, ON FACEBOOK OR ON GOOGLE ARE LEFT BY 1 REVIEW ROMANIAN ACCOUNTS AND THAT COMPANY IS OWN AND RUN BY ROMANIANS. FACEBOOK REVIEWS LEFT FOR THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE FROM THE SAME SMALL TOWN IN ROMANIA (AS YOU CAN SEE THAT ON FACEBOOK)

Not at all happy with the services provided to us for our 4 pallet shipments. Once everything was confirmed we were told our shipment will be collected on Friday & that day was changed to Monday by the carrier team. On Friday we got told due to some paper work the shipment will be collected on Tuesday, we patiently cooperated with the changes made by the team as we understand documentations can take time even though it was urgent for us to ship our shipments
On Tuesday our pallets were ready for collection and the collection time given to us was between 9:00 am to 6:00pm, we had especially arranged for our staff to stay back just for this collection. I had followed up with the team in morning and afternoon regarding our collection time but we got told that it can happen anytime uptil 6 pm, hence we waited but no one came for collection till 5:30 we emailed the team as their contact number given on their website and emails is always out or order so the only way to communicate with them for urgent matters is only email that was really disappointing
Anyhow we got a reply back from the team saying that the collection was not released by the carrier as they expected some written confirmation from our end for extra charges which were already confirmed by us in black and white in our previous conversations
The team has no communication amongst themselves hence the entire miss communication happened and the one to suffer was us as we waited till 6:00 pm and no one came for collection and haven't heard anything back from the team till now
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICES. In such scenarios as a part of good customer service you expect the shipping company to call you and inform you about any urgent matters related to your shipment collections. But nothing was communicated to us even after us following up with them 3 times in a day for our collection I don't understand why did the team waited till last minute to check with their carriers on status of our shipments.
If everything was confirmed beforehand from our side and the shipping company then why was their last minute confusion, clearly the team is not well organised and they do not communicate amongst themselves.

THEN EMAILED TO SAY THEY WANT A FURTHER £30 TO BRING IT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE VAN OR NO DELIVERY WILL BE MADE! POSSIBLY THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER TO LET EVERYONE KNOW KNOW TO AVOID! I HAVE EVER BIT OF EVIDENCE TO BACK UP MY STORY! It cost me £350 to get a quote from them!
I was trying to ship a pallet to Australia. First quote was £400. When I came to confirm the booking it had jumped to £700. But I paid it. Only after placing an order could I get a quote for the "additional handling fees at the other end". These came in at a whopping £700! What started as a £400 cost ended up at £1,400. Worst of all was trying to cancel after I got this doubling costs. Despite canceling straight away, more than 2 weeks before they were due to collect, they held 50% of my £700. Excuse was the space was already booked on the container. I would never ever dream of trusting a company like this again!

I've used this company several times with varied results. Delivery times are generally ok but recently things have gone bad. I purchased a vintage lathe on the 2nd April from a private seller on a well known auction site.
As I was unable to collect in person I arranged to have the lathe picked up by a pallet carrier (booked through Pallet2ship) on a two day service. All the relevant details were filled in and the carrier booked, (Palletline). The carrier offered a pallet and wrapping service (as the seller did not have a pallet) which I purchased at extra cost through Pallet 2ship as well as extra insurance cover (as this is an expensive vintage lathe).
On the day of the collection the lorry turned up at the sellers address without a pallet so had to leave the lathe where it was. The next day the lorry arrived again and the lathe was loaded on to a pallet (with the help of the seller and strapped and wrapped. Because it was now Thursday the lathe would not be delivered until the following Monday (as they don't deliver on weekends).
The lathe arrived four days after collection as planned but on inspection it had sustained damage. The 500kg lathe had been put on what can only be described as a cheap and flimsy pallet not suitable for a machine of this weight.(the sort of pallet a washing machine would come on!) As a consequence the pallet had broken in half and the lathe fallen over on its face. To compensate the carrier had put a second pallet underneath the first which had also broken. On detailed inspection around £800 worth of damage had occurred. I informed the relevant agent at parcel2ship and was told to fill in an online claim form. After two days (I had not received a confirmation at that point) I contacted the agent again to be told they had "IT" issues and the claim page was down. After several emails back and forth I manage to submit a claim through the agent, providing information about the lathe, an estimate for the custom replacement parts that needed to be made to order, and the nature of the repairs. I waited... I contacted the agent again a week later to find out what was going on to be told that I needed to confirm what was on the pallet and how much it weighed? I then proceeded to repeat the information again.
I was told that no claim would be paid until an invoice was provided from the replacement parts. I explained again that the parts would need to be custom made as this was a vintage lathe (no longer in production).
Since then I have had the custom parts machined, obtained vintage electrical parts and had the repairs made. I provided a full invoice for the repairs along with pictures of the parts made.
Finally the agent came back to me with an offer of less than half the value of the claim. After some emails back and forth I reluctantly accepted the offer (as I was told this was the best I could expect) and as I didn't want to go through all of the hassle of a small claims court.
After accepting the offer I was told that I would be compensated within 14 working days, we are now on day 15 and nothing has happened and my email are getting no response.
I am deeply upset that I paid nearly £200 for a premium service, an extra £30 for a supplied pallet, paid extra for comprehensive insurance. All I have received is a damaged machine and excuse after excuse, not to mention I have jumped through every hoop they have thrown at me and I've still not been compensated nearly three and a half months later.
To sum up I would avoid these jokers like the plague. Since this debacle I have used a company called Pallex, they are professional, curious and efficient. I have had one delivery with slight damage which was compensated within three days!
