This company lures you in by offering free items in exchange for promoting them on Facebook, but your items will not come. They offer contests and then don't send the prize out. They offer huge gift card bonuses but then cancel all of your orders. After receiving my first order, probably to get me to make more orders and promote their website more, I now have 4 other orders that say complete but I never got my items.

PalmMute will promise you free items if you promote her website and Facebook page. You will also be promised free items with your paid orders. You will receive nothing because she states that the company is under new ownership. PayPal has confirmed that is not true. She is ripping people off and does not plan to return funds nor make good on the orders. She only keeps apologizing which helps no one!
They will promise you free items in return for promoting their site or making purchases, and will not give them to you. In addition, all their emails come back as "undeliverable: address unknown". They won't even respond to a PayPal inquiry. They take your money and DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PAID ITEMS. There are customers who have paid orders that have been waiting months and still can't get a refund or even a response from them. This site is a SCAM through and through - don't fall for the niceties
Tip for consumers:
Stay away - they will try to lure you in with freebies - don't fall for it. Though they have some great promos, they don't ship anything out. I have more than 20 of these pics for ALL of their emails - what does that tell you?
