Unlike some other people who have posted here, I did receive a product. Three junky plastic beads in knock-off Pandora boxes. There is no way to complain or get your money bank. This is a TOTAL RIP OFF.

There customer service sucks like a jackass I ordered Christmas gifts and was supposed to have received them in 7 to 10 business days well today was day 7 and still have not received my pandora beads. They have there money and charged me handling fee. Which was not on the original invoice that I have pictures of will have the bank take back the funds if I don't have my stuff by the end of next week
Don't order from them. Took my money, sent me one welcome to the site email and then no response since my 6 emails about delivery date etc. Been 2 wks. Do not buy from them period.
The website states that it is certified pandora dealer. 925 sterling silver charms. I don"t understand how it's allowed to advertise this. None of the info on the website is true. The charms are not pandora, not even close. They look totally nothing like the pictures of charms advertised.Do order from this site.

ALL THE LINKS ON THEIR WEBSITE REVERTS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SITE i. E. FACEBOOK OR TWITTER LINK TAKES YOU RIGHT BACK TO THE ABOVE SITE, THE LINKS DONT TAKE YOU ANYWHERE ELSE! I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT WHEN THE GOODS WERE NOT DELIVERED THEN I GOOGLED THE COMPANY THE MONEY WENT TO WHICH IS THEIR SCAM COMPANY. THE WEBSITE IS STILL ACTIVE SO PLEASE BE AWARE.
This website is a big fake! They are not selling Pandora items they are selling fake items that's silver plated. I tried to contact them and you can only contact them by email which they never answer back. I did a complaint with the BBB also I did a complaint with econumers.gov this site is promoted by eBay so please be aware Scammers
