Never order from this website! Poor customer service and items not delivered at all. They will fool you by sending you a tracking number but that's actually just the time they created the shipping label and not the time they shipped them. If you track the package at the USPS website, the record will only show "created the label" but the package never reached to the USPS facilty.

I don't believe they are legitimate, Thief, should be charged and arrested for lying, are you happy? Am I going to get anything? Are you actually in business? Do you have any happy customers?

I ordered a bracelet and never received it, money was taken from my account, Poor Business never will I order again

I want to issue a warning to everyone about a company called Pandora's Box. They sell jewelry, and it's beautiful; however, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I have ordered from them three times, so far they have messed up two of the three orders. They will only e-mail you, and it takes a day for them to get back to you. Not only do they want all the information regarding the order, but they also want pictures! I was missing an item, and they want photos of the other piece I did order! This has been going on for almost two weeks now! The second shipment was a necklace to my sister. She got three bracelets! Don't use these people; they don't stand by their product, and it feels like a scam company, here for the holidays, then gone! Buyer Beware!
