I wanted to send a guitar overseas, all paperwork done, they collected it, everything seemed normal, and then... and then nothing! I waited many days and it never arrived. I payed for this transport service and they basically just stole my guitar. Because when I go to their website there's nothing, no telephone number to contact them, no email address... The only thing there is is a obnoxious claim form that leads you nowhere.

Tip for consumers:
Thieves that don't have contact options on their website.

Didn't leave a card,phone number is useless,no email.
Tracking number given on website works
But not when I enter it book a redelivery
Left with either either at local depot or PO but don't which
Local depot is 10 miles away and my eye site is bad so don't drive.
These people are absolutely the worse,not being able to contact them is ridiculous.

Parcelforce lied about an attempted delivery. Disappointing to see a company resorting to tactics like this.

I was gardening within 6 feet of my front door all day today. My security cameras show me working. No Parcelforce van came down the drive today. No calling card was left as nobody actually attempted to deliver anything.

Quote "We attempted to deliver your parcel ZR******* on Wednesday 20th March at 16:53 but no one was available. Your parcel will wither have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel stats will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next"

I called Parcelforce but their automated system doesn't have an option to complain or speak to anyone.

So what next, maybe another day off work to wait in?

Had to suffer the usual rip-off customs handling charge from Parcelforce. They received the parcel days ago and only contacted me today wanting their £12 handling fee plus customs and duty. No tracking of any use to anyone who works for a living or lives a normal life (you're expected just to stay in all day), and the most inefficient, customer-unfriendly service, I'll never knowing use Parcelforce again.

Tip for consumers:
AAlmost as bad as Hermes/ EVRI

Parcelforce 48 hr delivery / 15 day (360 hr).
You choose, and if you even get your delivery, unbroken, consider it a blessing.

Tracking website tells in very concise detail where your parcel might be, and how it has seen 'attempted delivery'.
The downside is, it hasn't even been presented at the delivery address, and then goes back to 'the depot'.

You will probably have to arrange 'redelivery', or as most normal people would call it 'delivery'.

Expect to visit tracking website multiple times, only to be advised that you hadn't been in when they didn't come to your door.

This business should be closed down due to the incompetence of the staff. Avoid using Parcelforce if you wish to keep your sanity and avoid unbearable frustration.

Very straightforward, always on time, one decent price only. What more can I say?... just other couriers have more complicated rules on packaging, sizes, and are less reliable, but cheaper on small stuff

My daughter received a pair of pyjamas for Xmas from her grandma. Today we received a bill for £66.40 for them.

The pj's were subject to a duty charge which I accept but a £35.42 import Vat and then £12 clearance fee, absolutely delusional. To top it off for a mere 12 pounds more the numbty brigade will deliver the parcel without delay.

I stayed off work for a time sensitive collection and delivery, two hours after the deadline they claimed I had been unavailable for pick up. I have CCTV proof no such attempt was made. They need to get drivers to prove their attempts photographically as my front gate didn't open all day.

Tip for consumers:
Never use them they are wholly unreliable.

Absolutely terrible. Didn't come when first booked, so I had to rebook. Delivery was promised no later than today. No delivery. Tracking stopped two days after the parcel was collected from me (two weeks ago) and hasn't been updated since. Every time I've tried to contact via their Twitter messaging, I just get a variety of people telling me that I should have checked their 'service update' (actually not updated for more than two years) that the country I was sending to was 'infrequent dispatch' because of Covid (!) and could be six weeks before it was sent. No one has responded to my specific question about why I was told a delivery date if they had no intention of honouring that. Nor has anyone answered my question about where exactly my parcel is. Clearly one those companies that genuinely doesn't have any business ethics at all and doesn't give a crap about their customers.

Item broken in transit. I would never recommend Parcel Force. When I contacted the company they didn't want to know.Steer clear.

Failed to deliver to the address despite other parcels getting there from other couriers with same address and people waiting to receive it. Consequences meant my artwork missed being included in important exhibition. Then Parcelforce charged me to have the parcel returned back to me. Worst courier company ever. Stay well clear.

A completely useless and abysmal organisation who tells lies! Rearrange a delivery for today, waited in all day, tracking then confirmed a delivery had been attempted, lies, lies and more lies. The delivery was a present for my disabled Wife, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves, you are complete cowboys the worse Courier by far! Check the tracking Number for confirmation of your lies: EH*******GB

Clearly you have failed to comment as to why your organisation tell lies i.e. We attempted to deliver your parcel? You did not, we were in all day, my Wife is housebound currently with a disability. To sum-up lies, lies and more lies; over a 6 year period deliveries from your abysmal, completely useless organisation have been problematic! You did not attempt to deliver, your driver would have been shown on CCTV, my Son's dogs would have heard the door, a card would have been left; to sum-up you did not attempt a delivery at my property!
Today your tracking has been altered to incomplete address? Why? If your organisation had a modicum of common sense you would check my complaint against the parcel, and ask 'Dr Robert Nicholas' can we check your address with what is stated on the parcel? My 4 year old Granddaughter has more common sense than you guys!
I do no accept your glib response and request an investigation by someone competent, if you have such are person?
Parcel Force is a joke, completely useless and abysmal!
For the record and the avoidance of doubt the complaint remains open!

There is no obvious facility to instruct driver to place parcel over locked gate. All other delivery service operators have no problem with this.

Waited in for delivery at the advised time. No knock or ring but ticket left in postbox. I didn't hear a sound. Told by PO clerk, yes driver did knock! First time this has ever happened. Wonder if this is result of staff layoffs. I am contacting my suppliers to see if they can change deliverers. No previous trouble with ParcelForce.

A hopeless hapless service. An item urgently required for an assignment so paid extra four 24 hour guaranteed delivery - so much for guarantees!
They put it in the van but then took it back to the depot at 14.25 almost 4 hours before their last normal delivery time - they simply didn't bother to try to deliver it.
No wonder this service has such a bad rep - mistakes I can understand but there are no excuses for just not bothering
Filled in the contact sheet to get an auto reply that they will respond in two days
Is this organisation lost in the last century or what?

Took day off to be in for delivery. Then, get an email to say they have attempted delivery. Nobody knocked at my door and did not even see a ParceForce van despite looking out for one. Nigh-on impossible to find how to speak to someone... then told that the driver's GPS puts him at my address... may as well have called me a liar! Disgusting! No card left...despite claiming they did. Had to leave one star... would have left no stars if I could. Tried to upload a photo of my purchase proof but not possible.

I constantly get other people's parcels.So someone isn't doing their job right.
Haven't received large picture.They say GPS prove it's arrived.No one signed for this picture.
Also I've lost count of the times I received things with signed for sticker on.No one signed for it
Very very bad service.They are getting away with delivering things to wrong home and are costing their customers lots of wasted money.
Also in past have had parcel put over my garden gate.Also caught one time person trying to rench garden gate open,warping it.

Absolutely one of the worst delivery companies I've ever come across... Everyone thinks evri and all them are bad well these are worse.
Driver pulled up, scanned parcel and drove off... Amazing...

They have a very poor service! I paid a fast delivery for £67,75 going to the Philippines and expected to deliver it in 4 days but it they received it almost 2 months! It is a very important papers but because of their poor service it didn't arrive on time. So stressing. Plus the costumer service is also poor service. They are giving a wrong number to call in the Philippines. Garbage service!

Awful parcelforce. Was due a delivery today but postmen on strike so I phoned asking if I could pick it up at my local depot, the guy on the phone says yes I have messaged the guys at your depot you can go pick it up. I gets a taxi to the depot customer service etc and it is closed. Waste of money for a taxi trip. Would never advise anybody who want a reliable service to use parcelforce. No wonder the ratings are so low, they take your money then don't care its that simple.

Failed pick up 3 times from my address, the buyer then tried and again 3 failed pick ups. Stuffed a missed collection sticker through letter box but just not possible they knocked on the door. No customer support or point of contact. I have no idea why they would bother to stuff missed collection notices through the door when they are their but yes they did and many others I've spoken to have said the same. Now they are haggling on refund as they're saying the collection was missed...despite 3 other missed collections. MADNESS. I don't how they are in business. Disgusting, can't keep dates or times at full cost to the customer. BAD, AVOID

Was told by customer service. I can take it myself to a post office ad they can't guarantee it will be today either.

Don't offer collection service then guyys!
