Absolutely shocked at the level of negligence and accountability of this organisation. Paid for No printer service, website automatically changes to printer service without notifying customer. Try to cancel and rebook and multiple error messages. Meanwhile the driver comes and takes the parcel without any labels and now lost. Disgrace. Avoid at all costs as they will not own up to problems regardless of whether you have paid for insurance. Court case pending.

Yet again this useless company took my booking, stipulating my package would be collected the next day and it wasn't. I paid £8.08 and cancelled as they had not fulfilled their obligations and they refunded £2.08!

Absolute disgrace.

Be warned and do not use this absolute joke of a company. I wish I had remembered, from a previous and similar experience, just how exceptionally poor this vile company is so I was not caused the frustration, the annoyance and the admin of pursuing a complaint.

Parcelhero. I was fined over £600 for being apparently slightly overweight although I have professional scales to weigh my parcels. You can't ring them, you just get an answer phone saying "mail box full". Finally you get an email answer and it says that's the way it is. Nothing you can do about it. This is how they make there money. I thought it was a scam to start when they just took money out of my account without any notice. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH.PLEASE AVOID THESE CLOWNS.

Sent parcel quoted at £55 to return a toilet pan. They then went into my account and deducted £150 extra stating that parcel was overweight and over sized. No notification, just deducted £150 extra from my account.
I sent proof of delivery note stating parcel was half of weight I had estimated but no response. They state that ans I had not taken anny photographic evidence they could not do annything. Absolute robbery and matter is now being investigated by bank.

Avoid this company like a plague.

I was moving from Warsaw to London and I shipped my stuff with this company. It took 6 weeks to arrived. But in the website I paid more to get the stuff in less than 1 week.

I Shipment was holded by DHL for some unknown reasons, PaercelHero didn't help at all to know what is wrong, I needed to contact DHL by myself everyday for 3 weeks to solve the problem.

I don't recommend using parcelHero, support is very bad they don't have number and they only answer mails when they want to answer. And they didn't provide any help at all.

18 parcels shipped from UK to US. Followed all the packing instructions and bought insurance. 4 boxes completely smashed, damage of £1000+. These boxes have been thrown or dropped from great height - several others were also repacked. 16 had been left on step, uncovered for days. One box arrived a few days later, another almost 2 weeks late. ParcelZero refused any compensation. Beware their hidden 'damage exclusions list' which covers most anything you might want to ship. Also, 2 weeks post delivery they've now tried to charge us for a 7kg weight discrepancy - well after all contents had been unpacked and despite them having clearly tampered with boxes. Hard to dispute when have already thrown away all the dinner service they smashed. Oh, and you can expect to be patronised throughout the process - based on a loss of £1000+ they offered us a £15 voucher against our next shipment. The arogance is breathtaking.

Buyer beware.

I purchased a 2 day service with ParcelHero and the parcel never arrived. I contacted customer service and they bounced me to the courier service, which informed me that Parcelhero had requested a 7 day service with the. A total scam. Really poor customer service. These people shouldn't be allowed to do business. Totally dodgy.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use ParcelHero as you most likely will not get your parcel to its destination.

Painting was damaged in transit. Refused to pay claim although took insurance fee but refused claim. No customer service or working to satisfy clients.

I have used Parcel Hero several times to ship parcels internationally and domestically. Every time I use them they try and get more money by claiming the courier has audited the shipment and found it to be larger.

Every time I have carefully measured and weighed the parcel and added a little to ensure complete accuracy. This time was no different yet they have again taken money from my credit card without any authorisation, reference to me or proof, by their own admission. They try to take every penny from you that they can get their hands and by any means they can. They refuse talk to you preferring to hide behind prescripted emails which is insulting and frustrating. Presumably this is in case one of their employees admits what they do. Use another company as these are bad and a ton of hassle.

Just ended up in a battle so referred to regulatory agencies. All they could do was repeat standard wording. Terrible people

PH is a scam don't use them! PH will charge you double and they will charge cancellation fees, even though the courier doesn't charge cancellation fees AND PH doesn't warn you before purchase or anywhere in the T&Cs. Their competitors don't charge for cancellations either.

The courier never rang the doorbell for collection.

PH didn't even know. The tracking was days behind. And wrong!

PH never apologised. PH demands payment for such failures?

I have footage from my CCTV for the timestamp 12:52 as per the tracking - courier didn't even touch the keypad to ring my doorbell.

I found out at 13:32 and called courier immediately directly. Took an hour to talk to the automated system and give it rubbish info until it was forced to connect me with an operator! What a useless service.

Spoke with agent at courier, got a REFERENCE FOR CALL. PH plays dumb. Demands CCTV footage.

I was PROMISED the depot would call and explain themselves; resend a driver if necessary. Of course this didn't happen. PH didn't care to provide any support or any solution. Might have earned the £9 that way.

Utterly ridiculous, repeatedly disappointing, and a waste of everyone's time, money and effort.

Especially being physically disabled, and CLEARLY MARKING the collection address. PH is clearly only capable of finding money-making schemes.

Taking money for the service and not meeting expectations PH sets is plain fraud. I have reported them for such.

I would not use this company to book a parcel delivery as the customer care and services is non-existent and they try to charge you when they make a mistake. The mobile website glitched loads and it took me over an hour to complete the booking as the page kept glitching and resetting. This meant that the time slot I booked didn't get saved and the collection guy turned up early (before my parcel was ready). I tried to get this sorted and arrange recollected, but Parcel Hero were very unhelpful and dismissive. They tried to charge me an extra £10.56 rebooking fee for each parcel. So I went straight to DPD and they arranged it for free for the following day.
My advice would be to use parcel hero to find the cheapest and then go directly to that company to book. The customer service will be better and you will feel valued.

Terrible company, awful business ethics/model. And the customer 'care' agent couldn't even get my name right! A couple of days after delivery, I received a bill for a further £70+ GBPs due to the courier (UPS) auditing my parcel. As far as the case to appeal with UPS was concerned, this was nothing but a fabricated situation to get more money out of me, they ignored my requests for proof that they had been charged extra and according to ParcelHero it was up to me to provide proof that my parcel wasn't the weight and dimensions they claimed it to be. Luckily, I had photographic proof. There was NOTHING to appeal. The parcel size quoted for, was both larger and heavier than the actual weight/dimensions. I deliberately over measured to ensure that I paid the correct tariff; ParcelHero you're a joke and a scammer! And I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Consumers beware, they undercut the couriers costs, only to try to slap you with a so called 'audited bill' by the selected courier. They will claim that your parcel is different in size and weight and try to take money automatically from your account. Some customers have been stung for £100s more. Make sure you take pictures of your parcel of the dimensions and weight as proof, YOU'LL NEED IT. I made sure they couldn't take any more money from me because I notified my bank and switched off automatic payments to them through PayPal. I think if I hadn't, I would have magically lost my appeal and I would have had a fight to get my money back through small claims court. I also reported the matter to UPS fraud team. Lets hope this company is shut down soon because others will fall foul of their terrible business practices and modus operandi.

I posted a Motherboard through Parcel Hero to be repaired in Canada on the 19th of August 2022.
Because the Motherboard had to be repaired I contacted HMRC Customs and Excise to get the appropriate numbers to exclude import and export duty
Parcel Hero then sent it through Landmark Global who in turn sent it through the Canadian Post Office to Gigabyte Canada
When the Canadian Post Office delivered it to Gigabyte Canada they tried to charge Gigabyte Canada $200 for some reason that Parcel Hero refused to tell me why?
Gigabyte Canada refused to pay and at no point did Parcel Hero tell me that I had to pay this money or even what the $200 was for. I had already paid Parcel Hero that money to have the Motherboard delivered this was an additional fee.
So from the 27th of August till the 10th of December, the motherboard was held in Canada and undelivered and unrepaired to Gigabyte Canada.
I in the meantime had to buy another Motherboard for £850 because Parcel Hero cost my multiple businesses money due to them taking 4 months to return the unrepaired motherboard this, in turn, required me to spend £3,700 on new CPUs.
Finally, I got the Motherboard back unrepaired and Parcel Hero then took more money off my credit card for the unrepaired and undelivered motherboard to be returned to my business.
I will now have to resend the motherboard to get it repaired but definitely not through Parcel Hero.
