Please don't use this carrier they are so unreliable and just all round not great. I paid £4.58 to deliver a parcel weighing 0.8 kg I thought this was quite expensive anyway but continued to pay so it was alright and the customer got the parcel fine but soon after I got an email saying the parcel weighed 1.5 kg and that I needed to pay an EXTRA £3.44 + Vat! They are money grabbers not recommended service what a rip off.

Tip for consumers:
Please use another courier it’s a lot safer and cheaper.
Scammers at work. Sending fake demands for payment. We would rather stick plns in our eyes than use this mob. Company accounts junior staff may be fooled into paying the fake bills, so be warned.
