Horrible parking company. I got stuck in a parking garage in Chicago on 10/23 because ParkMobile claimed that the garage had in and out privileges but it did not. My bar code wouldn't work so I had to pay the original amount of $106 for two days of my reservation plus an additional $53 since the in and out privilege was denied by the garage. The customer service rep Michael said he would refund me the original reservation amount of $106 for my inconvenience on 10/23 on a recorded phone call but then Perla U. Emailed me on 10/25/22 and said "we would be happy to assist you with the additional funds you paid on site, however we do not own or operate this parking facility. Therefore, we are unable to refund any funds that we did not collect." Even though they did indeed collected $106. Both times I called customer service it was difficult getting someone on the phone and when I got a human they were both mean. I have since deleted this app and will never use agin. Not only was I double charged but I submitted a refund request multiple times without any reply from the company.
Try not to use this app. Yes, it's convenient, but you can get ripped off. When you register with the app, you have to link it to a form of payment. After it detects a pattern of parking, like for example for school at GA General Aasembly, it automatically drafted money for parking, even though I was not parked at school that day, I was out sick. Once you register with the app, you can't delete the form of payment, unless you replace it with another form of payment, PayPal or park mobile wallet.
Went to pay at a parking meter and a sign said temporarily out of order, try parkmobile app. I downloaded the app and added my payment information and then my phone clitched. Went to find the app and it wasn't on my phone anywhere. When I tried again I noticed that it rerouted me to fanjestic.com then fraavy.com. Come to find out it's a scam and they charge you $1 at first and then $49.95 a month. I had to cancel my card. So frustrating. Do not use this scamming app!
They supposedly just made some application change and are telling me now I have to turn off my VPN and other security policies in order to log in. Complete garbage application. I have 67 applications on my phone and they want me to turn off my VPN for this one? Seriously? You are better off just using a credit card. I've had other issues as well and I have seen on here where people have been double billed. Just not a good application and now owned by foreign company. Typical.
I loved this app, but then when I entered a new credit card, the app preloaded $25 onto the my parkmobile wallet. I contacted customer service (Abe) and was told to delete my wallet and the money would be refunded. I did that and now my money is gone from the app wallet feature and it hasn't been refunded. I've contacted Abe about 6 times and now he no longer replies to me.
Bad auto responses when needed help… wanted to speak to someone after not being given address of location we paid for… very shady…. It was too cheap. I should have known but trusted to good reviews!? Not easy to get the info i needed after they made it real easy to PAY for a space…

I was out of town and they sold me a discounted spot that when I got there was free. I have to report them to my credit card as they refuse to give me my money back. Beware!
CON ARTISTS! - DO NOT SIGN UP! I signed up and used this service out of necessity. Afterwards, I wanted to delete my credit card information from their site and found there was no way to do so. Even though I do not live within an hour of any venue that uses them, and would have no need to use them ever again, I couldn't delete my payment information from their database. I decided okay, I will just delete the account altogether then... because if I should attend another event in a year or so, I would rather just re-download the app than let them keep my info... Well that's the next problem. You can't just easily delete your account. They make you go through a whole form, then you have to sign up for their private email platform to communicate with them, then you have to wait for days for them to review your request to delete your account. This is beyond a scam and I only wish I had of read reviews and researched this company before I gave them my info. Buyer beware...

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. I booked with ParkMobile to Park at Midway airport in Chicago from 1-14-24 to 1-17-24. I pre-paid them 193.61. They sent me an email with my reservation and a QR code to use at the airport. When I arrived at the airport, The QR code would not work, and I had to take a parking ticket from the machine at the garage. I called ParkMobile and was reassured that when I left the lot all I needed to do was call back and they would refund the amount I paid to get out. I left midway and had to pay $224.00. I called back to ParkMobile and waited on hold for 1hr and 30 min before hanging up. I called again the next morning and was told to send a picture of the parking receipt I had from midway. I did that and was then told they would submit it for review and refund. On the 19th I got an email saying they would refund the 193.61, but not the additional money I had to pay. I called back and was told to contact midway airport directly. Midway airport has nothing to do with this company ParkMobile. Midway will not refund me the additional 30.39 That I had to pay out to get out of the Airport. DO NOT USE PARKMOBILE WHEN PARKING ANYWHERE. THEIR QR CODES DO NOT WORK THEN YOU WILL END UP PAYING EVEN MORE. THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE.
