“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I was displease with the service and non-professionalism of your company. I received an email CLEARLY stating that I would receive a call giving me the ETA. (We will be calling you no later than the evening before your event with an estimated delivery time. We often have to arrive several hours in advance in order to get all of our jumps delivered by the scheduled party times for all our customers.) I called Friday afternoon and was informed that I wont be receiving a call the night before only and email confirmation. The lady also informed me that instead I would receive a phone call with a more exact time the morning of. My party was scheduled to start at 2pm, Saturday May 7. At 11; 55 am Saturday I received a text message stating the driver will be at you location at 1pm. At 12:22pm I received another text message saying sorry there ETA is 1:30 it take 10 mins to set up. The driver didn't arrive until 2pm (the party start time). I noticed that the bounce house was dirty on the outside but I didnt think much of it being I was still running around. The drivers left before doing a file inspection with me. When I came back I looked in the bounce house and noticed that inside was ALOT of dirt particles and twigs. I called the office and left a message. The same lay I spoke with Friday called me back. I explained everything to her. She was very defensive but told me the driver was coming back. The driver returned with an ATTITUDE and was huffing and puffing about there was nothing wrong with the house. She explained to me the stains were from wet leaves. I understood that but there was dirt particles that could be blown out if it was power washed after the last time it was used. She got an attitude saying she isnt about to clean that out. I requested a refund. She explained to me there wont be a refund because the equipment is set up and it worked. She had the WORSE attitude saying I didnt pay full price so I shouldnt be worried. Is this how you all do business? When there is a special you provide less than adequate service? All I wanted was a clean bounce house for my party. That didnt happen and I will not recommend anyone to use this company. Nothing was handled professionally from start to finish.
