The needed dishwasher bottom rack was accurately described on the firm's site and quickly shipped; it fit perfectly, even though the rack purchased was for a different branded dishwasher. We found this company very good to do business with, including having a readily accessible customer service phone line available for information, to check order status or questions, and we won't hesitate to again do business with them again, as needed.

“Waited a year and still no response”

I ordered a grill part for my Kitchen Aid Stove on Aug. 14.2019. I was told it would take upto 6 months for the part. It is now Aug. 11.2020 and yet no part has been sent. No updates either. If you call you get directed to their website. If you message them online, you get an automated response. This place is obviously run by "dummy robots". I want my money back and will order from elsewhere. Their service is terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I ordered a part on Nov 18th 2021, however today is Jan 15th, 2022 and I have no communication from them.
Eventually I went on Amazon and ordered it, received the part yesterday (within 5 days).
My order# was 20353173 and i cancelled it. The disappointment was the lack of follow up either by phone or on the link to the order itself.

I needed plastic door shelves for.my Maytag. I put in my model number on their web and it took. Me. Right to my parts for my. Model. Real Easy. I put my order in and got my order in days via FedEx They were the same quality as my original door shelves. I plan to order from them again. They are an A+ company. I Highly recommend them.

Orered a part I did not initially receive with an origional order. They said would be 3-5 business days for delivery. It has now been 10 days and I apparantly still have a week to wait for it. Ordered on the 8th and it was not given to the delivery co. Until the 15th. I have had an oven in my living room for the whole time waiting. I will never trust these people to get me any parts ever again. Save yourself the aggravation and find another parts store

Right before Christmas, as we were baking sugar cookies, we noticed that something was wrong with our oven. No matter how long we left the cookies in the oven, they would not bake correctly. The oven would not stay hot. For months we cooked with our toaster oven, stovetop, and microwave, putting off the purchase of a new stove. Finally, we did some research and realized that we only needed to replace the heating element. We ordered from PartSelect and quickly had the part we needed. Our oven works perfectly, and we spent less than $80. We are super happy!

Easy to install - instructions on same page as part description
Only downside - was shipped via Purolator. Always poor delivery service in Kelowna, BC. Canada Post much more timely and reliable.

I ordered a part to repair a drawer in my refrigerator and it came in two days. It was easy to replace the broken part with the new one. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend your company. Good job.

When I ordered a part for my washing machine they promised it should arrive in 3-5 days, after 14 days CSR told me they do not have a clue when is going to be shipped from the supplier! Last week they told me it is arriving by Friday for sure, today is next Thursday and I finally canceled. Bunch of liars. Do not do business with them.

The tiny bulb in my dryer burned out and I searched the internet to find a replacement as local big box stores did not carry those. I ordered one and when it arrived I installed the bulb. It did not work. I expressed my dilemma to my son and he recommended Part Select. He had ordered something from them and had good success. I found the web site, looked up the part, ordered it and 10 days later the bulb was installed and working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to have the experience I had by ordering something from a company that only offers cheaper and inferior parts.

We received our dishwasher part faster than I expected. Easy to install. Even though we did not need the video, they have how to install videos. I thought it was genius. If anything else brakes, I will check their site out first.

Ordered a part at 1:30pm and it arrived at my door the next day 1:45pm. Shipped from calgary to saskatoon. The shipping was promised at 3-5 business days. That's under promise and over deliver. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I like the site is user friendly and has help to install parts. Very disappointed that I ordered on a Thursday evening and paid $29 extra for over night shipping. I was thinking Saturday afternoon I would get part. Wrong I got the part late Monday. Turns out after my husband and dad took everything apart the heating element wasn't even the issue if why it wasn't getting hot. It was the timer. They were able to fix the timer without any extra parts at all. Don't waste money on over night shipping if end of the week because they do not deliver on the weekends.

Ordered three dryer parts, they shipped the two more expensive parts right away charging the cost plus the shipping fees to my credit card. The third part never arrived and was unable to install the two more expensive parts without the less expensive third part. I ended up returning the two more expensive parts after receiving no response to my email queries. They credit me for the two parts returned but did not credit me for the shipping fees. No response to date on my queries.

If you're going to order from them multiply parts, I'd be sure to stipulate in the order's instruction not to ship until all parts are available.

I ordered a part for my washing machine on January 1, when I selected the part, in showed that it would be shipped within 7 tp 10 business date.
When you submit the order it says, they are back ordered and will send an update when the part is ready.
I called the customer service on January 11 and the person whom I talked to said that the order will be shipped by Friday January 15.
I have not received anything even an update yet, checked the website and no update, called the customer service and they didn't even get my call.

I ordered an upper rack adjuster from part select over a month ago. They sent me the wrong part. I talked to someone and they sent me what they said was the right part, but again it wasn't. Is the third time a charm? Still waiting to find out. I've been waiting over a week now and they have yet to ship it. Can't recommend.

Order a part for $14 had to pay delivery of $15 and it was the wrong part. Sent email to see if 24 can get the right part no reply. They sent me a return authorization and advised to get a tracking number. Had to spend another $14 to send it back.
Ridiculous

This company is not reliable I ordered dishwasher spray arm they claimed it will arrive in 2 days after I ordered they said 2 weeks and it is week 6 I am still waiting for it and they don't answer when I call Them.

I ordered two burner control knobs for my kitchenaid stove this morning from www.partselect.ca (Order #11390348), credit card was charged immediately afterwards. However, when I checked the order status in the afternoon it was shown as CANCELLED. I called the customer service to understand what was going on there because I did NOT cancel anything from my side, and the agent said my credit card verification or something did not go through and that was why my order was cancelled (If that is the case why my credit card had been charged?)

So I had to ask the agent to place the order again for the same parts (order # 11390907). Hopefully this time everything is good. Anyway, no matter what, now my credit card has been charged twice for the same 2 pieces of part, one of them is saying "It may take 3-5 days for refund to show up on your credit card."

Update: Very QUICK delivery! I ordered on Friday and received them today. Parts work perfectly on the stove. I would definitely give 5 stars if everything went through correctly for the first time.

Our dryer belt broke and we live in a very rural area with no appliance stores nearby so we went online to order a belt. We saw Partselects promise that they ship out within 1.5 business days so we thought that was perfect. We paid an extra 10 bucks for shipping on top of the price of the belt.

They didn't email us a confirmation so after a week we called them. They said they were waiting for the belt to come in from Whirlpool. First of all, how would you ship us a part in 1.5 days when you don't even have it in stock. Anyway, they promised it would be in by the end of the week and would be shipped out. They also said they'd email us our confirmation again. We never received the email or the part. 4 weeks after ordering it we had to call them and cancel. Their excuse was the part was on backorder. A simple standard dryer belt they couldn't even send us. Meanwhile I could have driven 4 hours to the nearest store and bought one off the shelf instead of drying my clothes beside the woodstove for the past month.

Don't order from this place! You will be disappointed.

What can I say about Partselect that's good... nothing! If I could give them a negative score I would.
I ordered a part for my Kitchen Aid oven on April 16th 2021 the customer service representative mentioned they would receive the part in 7-10 business days then another 3-5 business days to ship it. I called back a month later to find out the part was on backorder (the representative did not mention this at the time I ordered and only see it after I logged on so I assumed the reason for 7-10 business days was because it was back ordered) she wanted the sale and didn't give me the opportunity to source it elsewhere with a faster delivery date. So, for the past month, they keep changing the ETA for the part and I still don't have it and I cannot use my oven! I called in today (June 8th) and cancelled my order as my ETA has changed again to June 11th (for the 4th time). I understand Covid 19 had impacted lead times and prolonged delivery dates but this is unacceptable, it's been about 2 months when I was told 2-3 weeks. I can't do anything but laugh what a joke of a company!
