When disaster strikes and you need help they are very willing but they scratched up our floor very bad and will not fix it. So we didn't use them for the entire restoration because it felt like they were trying to rip off our insurance company. We won't use them ever again neither should you and if you do be careful.
Paul Davis came to my child's school and she said they they were very nice. My daughter's school had a problem (I am unsure of what the school didn't tell the parents but assured that it was safe for the kids to still attend) and called Paul Davis to come fix it. My daughter waved and said hi to the Paul Davis employees and the employees said hi back. But unfortunately the school has the same problem again so i'm doubting the quality of work from the company. Unfortunately I can't provide photos.

It is at your most vulnerable point when this company presents itself to you for help: a house fire, flood or home damage. They will offer their services and claim to represent you interests with your insurance company for compensation for the claim. What they ultimately will do is make you think your insurance company will be billed, take any of the contents of the items of your home for themselves, not complete the work, provide substandard at best service, provide no customer service for the communication of the work that is performed and ultimately hold you the home owner reliable so that they can place a lien on your home.
