Returned 2 items of 3 I received and never received credit. It was buy 2 get 1 free so they owed me back for 2 items at discounted price. Never received a penny and filed complaints with PayPal with all documents showing tracking and conversation with a chat representative saying it was received but not processed. Big rip off stay away

I ordered 3 items and quality was horrible. I contacted seller and received 1 automated email to send items back and they would give me store credit. I responded numerous times after that and never heard back from seller. I ended up donated what I purchased. This seller is a SCAM!

Do not buy from this seller!

None, all 3 products were bad. Tshirt polyester, disgusting fabric. hat was out of shape, earring were too small, infant size.

Absolutely refused to cancel order.
Returned package to USPS as Refused. No response and no refund. Product not related to dogs.

Tip for consumers:
Perfect10Skin was the product. Dont know what that has to do with Pawz.

Placed an order for a tank top & received a SMALL after ordering a LARGE took photos & emailed customer support, they apologized & said we'll send you a replacement received the replacement in the mail and it is AGAIN a SMALL, im not buying anything from them ever again!

The dog toys arrived today within an hour I was picking stuffing off the furniture carpet and floors,the fabric is nothing like denim.
For £24 I exspected something better it is no better than the bear I bought from tescos

My order was meant to be delivered within a couple of weeks, according to Pawz. However, it has been sitting at some warehouse in Chicago for over 40 days with absolutely no movement. I emailed the company and was told information I already told them and then they said to ask the shipping company about it. I went to the website, and it requires all this specific information (package dimensions and other stuff like that) in order to submit a form of inquiry. I live-chatted Pawz to ask them for more information, and the guy said he would get someone to email me. After a few days and no email, I live-chatted again. She said she would get them to reach out to me. They still haven't. Don't order from here unless you want to pay tons of money for no items and zero support.

I want to say we have ordered from Pawz many times and have always been happy with the products we keep (returns were for size issues or to flashy coloring for my daughters liking). This last order totaled $198 and we ended up keeping only one shirt. Had a return value of $163. Was notified that the refund had been issued to the original form of payment (credit card). No refund has shown up on my account since the note was issued on 8/24/20. When I inquired Pawz sent me to the company that handles their payments (Carthook Checkout), they in turn sent me back to Pawz. Pawz has been so unhelpful! I checked with credit card company and they have not seen a refund. $163 is a lot of money! Reluctantly I will NOT be purchasing from Pawz in the future. I will continue to check for my refund via the credit card company but guessing it is never going to show up. Pawz customer service is very lacking. Also the shirt that was kept had a hole in it after 2 wearings... they did not address this issue at all when noted! Love their shirts, love the cause, no happy with Pawz customer no service.
