“I don't have to tell many of you about payday loans...”

I don't have to tell many of you about payday loans but this one has a different tactic. If you should change your mind and tell them " No I don't want your money" they put it in your account anyway. Thinking the matter is over with, surprise! A payment reminder shows up a couple weeks later. I had to call my bank to verify it, I really thought it had to be a mistake. Then I called the company to explain the mistake to them. I told the woman that in addition to telling them I did not want their loan, I had never seen any kind of contract or loan agreement. She rudely snapped at me, all but calling me a liar and said lots of people claimed not to have gotten a contract and that I certainly did or wouldn't have received the money. Therefore, I was told I had a loan to repay. I honestly did not know what to do. A few months prior, my anti-depressants had been changed to generics. By this time I was well into a bout of major depression, generally a time when problem solving is impossible for me. I tried to make payments, but got nowhere. It seems stupid now, but I was not completely detail oriented at the time. I knew the interest would be high, but did not think it could possibly be legal to charge 353.23% - 4562. 50%. I've never seen interest with that many numbers. The initial loan was $200. After repaying $400, I still owed $300. I felt like enough is enough, especially for money I didn't even want, and stopped paying. Needless to say, they have called and called, apparently, according to them I am a criminal. By enquiring about a loan, and not returning the full amount immediately(not possible when I didn't know about it for 2+ weeks) I entered into this loan agreement. So please-don't even talk to these people. No matter how desperate you might think you are. Even if your family is hungry, go to a church. But stay away from Payday-loan-yes.com unless you enjoy being yelled at and criticized by rude people. Their phone greeting promises quick, courteous, confidential service. So far, I've dealt with ONE courteous person there, and several rude ones that only want to talk over me. I guess I'll have to find a way to squeeze more money out of my disability check or they'll drive me over a cliff at this rate.
