I ordered an item that was eligible for same-day delivery, well that was over two weeks ago. I got an SMS saying the courier would be in touch. That never happened. A week went by, and they charged my credit card, but the website still says that my item is "in progress". No one answers the CS line, and website inquiries go unanswered. STAY AWAY
