The worst experience I ever had with a company The customer protection plan is 100% lie they are only looking for a way to not to pay you back customer service is very rude I couldn't believe the way that supervisor was talking to me her name was Ruby and her badge number was 1672907. I ask her permission and recorded our conversation and I will make it public STAY A WAY FROM THEM

It has happened twice in the last few years. Once for $360, and yet again for $100 recently for a charge I genuinely tried to not make with these frauds.
Ever been to a payment page wherein you tried to use a credit card, only to have the receipt come from pay pal. I would really like to know how these misdirections occur. I rather think it is deliberate.
When there is a problem with a purchase, the customer must spend hours trying to straighten it out. Usually they will tell you that your buyer protection will cover you, and they issue a nice receipt, but the transaction never shows in the account, and the money never arrives. They also will say that they have no record. I am really sick of these thieving punks.
They are impossible to contact in any meaningful way, and they disappear funds.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure that you are on the proper website as the one you searched for. Check credentials closely as the PayPal rating is hardly accurate. They unceasingly will say that the client is verified when they do not have any contact details at all

With this company. After having a lot of stress with other platforms, I finally found a solution here. Visit the name in my profile picture for help They resolved all my issues efficiently and gave me the support and support I needed.

Someone sent me money that they owed me via PayPal, not only did they take $12 off of the total amount- they have absolutely refused to release the funds to me unless I upload government issued ID;
I refuse to do so due to the risks of system hacking and ID thefts.
They should use passwords or PIN numbers given to the receiver by the sender like the banks do, now my money is stuck in limbo and they literally told me that they will not assist me in any way.
The number of stars I would give them would be 0 but unfortunately I had to select a number of stars in order to post this

I bought a pair of boots on line as a present for my daughter and never received them. I contacted the vendor as soon as it was clear that there were issues with the delivery. I did this through PayPal. Because I am seriously ill and have periods where I am bedridden I have times that I don't go onto my laptop to look at my email for days at the time and I missed prompts from Paypal to escalate my "complaint." So they closed it without my knowledge. I was very angry and called them to explain that I needed a refund as I didn't receive the product. They told me to call my bank and ask the bank for a refund as PayPal can no longer help after they close a complaint. My bank told me it is nonsense that Paypal gave me the advise to call them as it has nothing to do with them. All they (the bank) do is process the payment to PayPal. I read on this site that you have protection from PayPal for 6 months and that is not true because they refused to help me only after a couple of months and than there is another item that I never received and it doesn't even show up on the account anymore after a couple of months... I am totally disgusted as I am on disability and it was a hardship to make the purchase and now I am without the product and out of my money! I feel that PayPal has completely let me down and offered no protection on my transaction.

Use it for everything and love the minor fees. Sinple transacrions and can use itfoe payment at multiple stores.
