I received my ex-lease Dell laptop today, and am pleased with the quality and service. It's exactly what I purchased, and how it was advertised. I would definitely shop here again.
Sept 2022 Purchased a MacBook second hand for $799. No age of the item was given in their advert. Turned out to be 9 years old and an absolute piece of Junk. Old operating system that could not be updated and as a result could not download many basic programs and software. The machine was worth no more than $50. They sold it to me for $799. I will throw it out, it's rubbish!

Tip for consumers:
Check the age of products before buying. Way over priced for actual value of products in my opinion
Bought an ex-lease laptop for $700 from PCTraders. Arrived within the week. Broke within the week. Refunds were inaccessible so got it "repaired." They replaced the battery apparently which isn't even covered under warrant and sent it back claiming it "works fine now." Upon opening it after repair, the screen displayed "bootdevice not found." So it looks like they did more than replace the battery. I have emailed the manager and site 3 times to no avail and when i called asking for the manaher directly the guy on the other end of the phone said he was "on break." This was half an hour before closing. He said he'd return my call and never did. Faulty products and poor customer service avoiding giving me a redund by avoiding contact completely. Will have to involve the cosumers protection.
Absolutely appalling experience. My laptop was estimated at taking 3-7 working days to arrive, and took three weeks. I never received a tracking number and the information they gave me was conflicting - one person said it would take one day and it was in Wellington, another a week in Auckland. They also noted they would send me a laptop bag as the laptop arrived so late - this was never received.
When it arrived it worked for two days then the charger port started to release a strong burning smell and broke, making the laptop unusable. I reached out to PC Traders to resolve this last week and they responded with an automated response. Do not recommend this business, terrible communication and products.

Dell Laptop
Just bought my 2nd Laptop in 7 years from PC Traders. It was an ex-lease refurbished Dell E-6440 with Windows 10 all set to go. Powered it up and I was away in just a matter of a few minutes of it's arrival, including setting up the modem connection. Official check-list from IT engineers was also included with all boxes ticked, signed off and dated. Sweet az! Top-notch service b4 during AND after. Prompt delivery in solid package that was well protected and presented.
