I've ordered from this company twice now and have had nothing but good experiences both times. Prior to purchase I emailed them a question to make sure the parts I needed were correct and they answered quickly. They shipped the next day with tracking number. I don't know why there are negative comments but as the purchaser you should do your homework before purchasing to make sure you're ordering the right parts. Thanks for the great service, I would do business with them again

I informed this company of a breakage to a prong in the new switch I just purchased from them. It occurred while installing. I've installed many such rocker switches over the years. They claimed the prong was "mangled." They would not stand behind a $2.97 part they easily could have sent me to rectify their low quality part, they chose NOT to stand behind their product. Unfortunate.

I was looking for missing parts for something I'd bought. One I could find online for more than twice the price PDX was asking, and one I couldn't find it all. Given their sketchy reviews I was very hesitant to make an order, but things came exactly like I'd ordered and in a reasonable time. I'd buy from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Be patient. It seems like a very small operation that can easily get behind. Don't order if you're in a hurry, you won't be happy.

This company treats customers like garbage. They are rude and disrespectful. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

Had no problem with this site, emailed them a question and they responded the next day. Ordered my part and it was in my hands three days later.

I ordered an Atwood furnace blower motor from PDXRV Parts on Sept 26 2020. They sent the wrong motor and after sending several emails due to them not answering the phone after telling them if I did not send an RMA within the week I would contact PayPal. The last day before contact PayPal I got an email and with the RMA. I was told of a 20% restock fee even though it is the wrong part shipped to me. I also paid shipping from PDX for the order and paid again to have it shipped back. Again no reply and had to file a complaint with PayPal, This is a horrible company that is shady at best. Find another place to order parts from if you do not want this kind of issue.

Tip for consumers:
Find another source for your RV Parts. This place is horrible with customer service, returns and not refunding the money you paid them. Awful company. Take no chances and find another source for your RV Parts

I ordered a relatively obscure item from the website on Saturday. I sent them an email asking about status on Monday morning. They answered Monday afternoon that they were processing the order. I received shipping info on Tuesday. The item was delivered to me in Seattle on Thursday. I was totally pleased.

I emailed the company to get a replacement electrode for my NT-30SP Suburban RV furnace that had been shipped to me broken. I sent pictures of the electrode which I did install because I am not a professional furnace tech and I assumed the part needed soldered (I wasn't expecting a broken part), the guy emailed back and said "Considering there is rust on the ceramic portion, this is clearly your old electrode, that isn't the electrode we sent to you. And why would you install a broken electrode? This makes zero sense. Nice try." I sent photos of my old electrode to prove that this was indeed the electrode I purchased from them, and no response. I would NEVER purchase from this company again. Makes me question if all the other parts I received are damaged as well. For a company who supposedly "thoroughly" inspects all their shipments they clearly don't know what their product looks like.

I ordered a sail switch for our furnace almost a month ago and have yet to receive confirmation of when the part will ship. They were quick to charge me for the part, but they have been unresponsive since then. I will never do business with this company again!

Buyer beware!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PDX RV LLC!!!

I ordered the part on the company web site. It arrived and worked exactly as I had hope. Unfortunately it stopped working two weeks later. In an earlier day the "send the part back and we will review it and decide whether it is covered by the warrant" would be fine. In today's world... instant refunds and pre-paid shipping is the norm. Not here... Pay for the part... have it fail and then... pay to send it back... hope the warranty dept rules in your favor and maybe you will get a new / working part. So sad... all this grief and annoyance over a $60 part.

Oh well... Amazon has the same part for basically the same money with a more modern warranty / return policy.

So sad.

Tip for consumers:
Just make sure you are willing to wait for the wheels to turn and the warranty dept if something goes wrong. Fraud is rampant in the RV part business and the customer ends up holding the bag when something fails.

Angela was extremely helpful, she gave me the right area to look for my problems with my furnace. I will be ordering parts as soon as I can get the furnace removed++++++++

I wanted to buy a RV part/ Disconnect Battery Switch.
However, I was not able to make the order, because after I added the part to my Cart and click Checkout there is no button for the payment.
So, I sent an email to a customer service and got message: Just, go to the Checkout and male a payment with your Paypal.
So, I replied to their email:
First, there is no bottom to click after I click the Checkout. Second, I don't have the Paypal account.
So, wanted to know if I could purchase the item by using my credit card, which I could give them over the phone or over email. However, these lazy bums, don't even bother to take order over the phone.
At end, I lost a week of frustration to get the product, but because of poor customer service I gave up and find somebody else who could make the order and have customer service with their phone number available. It was a RV PARTS CENTER.
So, overall my experience with the PDXRVWHOLESALE is very negative. I wish them bad lock, hopping they will be out business soon.

I ordered a gas valve for my furnace from PDX RV. Using the guide on their website, I ordered the valve that was specified for the furnace model I was working on. I received it with no problem along with a few other parts I needed. After I received the order, I ended up in and out of the hospital for several months. As a result, I was not able to work on my RV. When I was able to work on the furnace, that is when I found out the gas valve incorrect. I wrote to them by email, referencing the order number, date of the order, and what the problem was. Angela issued an RMA Form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with instructions on how to send the valve back. She even wrote in the email to me that she would waive the restocking fee if I made that notation on the RMA Form.
Here is what she wrote:
On Friday, March 6,2020, 01:19:04 PM CST, PDX RV <*******@gmail.com> wrote:
Please just send it back and put on the RMA that I approved to waive the fee and we can be done with the issue.

I sent the valve back unopened in the original packaging. A couple of weeks after the tracking showed they received the return and I hadn't received a refund, I contacted PDX RV by email.
Here is Angela's response:
I am not able to accept the return because we can not accept returns after 90 days from the date of purchase. You ordered this on 8/21/2019.
This policy is stated on our site under terms and it is stated on the rma form itself, so I'm not sure why you sent it back with the conditions clearly communicated to our customers.
She CLEARLY knew that it had been past the 90 days, but willingly issued an RMA to me so I could send the incorrect valve back to them. Even agreeing to waive the restocking fee. Now that they have the $57.00 valve back in their possession and I have NOT received my refund.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and just received notice from them (a few minutes ago) that they closed the claim after not getting a response from PDX RV after four months. Based on my experience and other complaints I have found on the internet about PDX RV, I will NEVER do business with them again. Do some research on the internet and you will find they do not operate honestly and have terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places to get your RV parts from other than them.
