Peached

I did not receive the parcel I ordered from Peached. They sent me an email confirming delivery which I did not receive.
I reported this to Peached last month they did nothing to help. They use Evri as their delivery company who are a terrible company. They never left a card or emailed or text me about my delivery as they did not carry it out.
Peached need to refund my money for the item. Instead they ignored my email. I can not afford to lose money during these difficult economic times.

My favourite brand by far. I started ordering from Peached about a year ago and now it's the only place I get my bathing suits from! I've recently started ordering from Peached Swim and I'm obsessed! The quality is amazing and I always get compliments wearing their sets! The customer service is fantastic as well. Always a quick response and always extremely helpful! Alexandra and Annie are amazing! I would highly recommend Peached to anybody!

I received an email that the item was dispatched but it never arrived at my address. Evri was to deliver the item, my postcode was not trackable on their tracking link. I messaged Peached.com customer service three times. No reply to any of my messages. It is safe to say i lost all my money by trying to buy via Peached.com. I would strongly recommend AGAINST buying from Peached.com

I like this online store. Beautiful products, good quality. Good customer service. Free delivery and returns. Quick delivery. I paid 9.95 GBP for an annual premium delivery - this is a good option if you are thinking of making more than one purchase. I made an order from UK, the product arrived in one day. Klarna payment is a great solution if you are waiting for your monthly salary.

As many others, I purchased from peached.com and never received my order. Sent about 10 emails, no response at all
Will contact my bank tomorrow to report the fraud.

I wanted to leave a positive review specifically for their customer care agent called Poppy, she helped resolve an issue I had with my package and was quick to respond and quicker to keep me updated on the case.
5 star service and Poppy deserves credit!

I've sent two emails (7th May and 14th May), having made an order on 17th April. I received nothing aside from an order confirmation email. No delivery updates. No response to my emails. Nothing. With only an email address (and no contact number), it is proving difficult to demand a refund.

Sent multiple emails and no reply.

I did not get my order and no refund has been given. There is no customer service

Avoid Peached at all costs! I will be seeking legal action soon.

AVOID! My product was never dispatched and zero respond from them. I emailed them about 4 times that I want my refund but no answer. They just took your money!

I have used another review as it says exactly everything i need to say.
I am now going through small claims court to get my money back.

SCAM DO NOT BUY. The products look absolutely nothing when you receive them compared to what they are advertising. They are scammers and they're not issuing refunds either! Disgusting. What a waste of money. Below is a picture of the popular cargo trousers they advertise. What a joke

Do not purchase from these pathetic little fraudsters. I have had to get my money back through the bank and I am in the process of getting this website shutdown. They take your money, not send anything out and hope they can get away with it.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants with an adjustable waistband and I got a jawstring instead and the material felt like a tents material when that's not what it showed on the website so I got the completey wrong order

Avoid at all cost, took 3 weeks for them to come back to me with a returns note. Sent items back, another 3 weeks for them to answer me regards to my refund. To be then told items were sent back too late, plus they haven't received them, even though

IT TOOK THEM ANOTHER 3 WEEKS TO ANSWER ME REGARDS TO MY REFUND, TO BE THEN TOLD I WINT GET A REFUND DUE TO ITEMS BEING SENT BACK AFTER THE 14 DAYS. ALSO TO BE TOLD THEY DID NOT RECEIVCE MY ITEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROOF OF DELIVERY... NOW GOING THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD TO CLAIM IT BACK

Shopped here a couple of times and very happy with the service I have received and the clothing is really good quality too!

Very nice website. However I made an order on Peached (it's from UK) for a jumper dress. However it has been more than a week and the dress still no where to be found. I hope they use better shipping service.

The person that helped me was very kind and friendly. I am very impressed with the customer service. He reassured me that I would receive my refund as I was very concerned about it.
