“Terrible Company”

I made an order on-line over three weeks ago, still haven't received it. Called them up, they said the item isn't in stock and it "should" ship in about a week from now meaning 4 weeks after the order was made. This is inexcusable, if you don't have it in stock than take it off the web site, or at the very least make it very clear on the web site that it's out of stock, don't keep people waiting for four weeks. I only ordered it because they state clearly that the item should be received within 5-10 business days

Don't bother to contact these phonies. They do Not actually have anything that they appear to be selling. All drop shipping, all first class false advertising. They advertise merchandise that is no longer available from the manufacturer but you don't find out until weeks later. You get a email that your funds are being returned which takes another month.

I ordered some pool area furniture from Peachsuite.com on May 17th; it's now June 22nd. The order was originally charged to my credit card through PayPal, but no order confirmation or any form of receipt was sent to my email address. It took 3 emails and 3 days to get an order confirmation. Almost 6 weeks later, I have still not received the order or received any communication from this company on why my order is still in "processing" status... I'm about ready to cancel my order and file a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company. Horrible. They're either completely incompetent, or criminals; either way, stay clear and use a more reputable company.

The site itself is often offline. Their customer service is non-exisitent. I have contacted them twice about an order and have yet to get any response. Unreliable -- I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I placed an order while on vacation looking forward to receiving it by the time I would be home in a week. 6 weeks later --- I still have not received my order and today I get an email stating it has been discontinued so they offered me a replacement with a discount code so I thought, ok... I will try this. Of course the replacement is MORE expensive and the discount code increased the price! By the way... I was also told in earlier correspondence the same thing others have stated that the item was not an in-stock item and that they were waiting to get it from the warehouse. Very frustrating... just hoping for a full refund.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

Basically don't trust the availability or pricing.
You will just have them hold onto your money for 6 weeks and waste your time.
I ordered over 6 wks ago, the just cancelled order today, and now I am in a bind.

Yesterday I called to see where the order was and they stated they will receive shipment this week and mail by next Tuesday.
Today received email that they are canceling my order as the pricing was wrong on their website.
Asked if I could check on an additional order I placed last week and they looked it up and said no we have to cancel that one too.
Asked if there was any way I could confirm over the phone that items I wished to order were in stock and they said no, not really.
So even if it says in stock. It likely is not. And the prices are not accurate.

Purchased a wine cuvee with PeachSuite in February. It arrived broken. I have called them every week since and STILL can't get resolution. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
