Sadly I'm from Minnesota where Charles was born, raised and started Charley Brown and the gang. Snoopy being my favorite. I'm sad to report this site is a scam. My package seems be stuck in same place now for 3 days. I got 1 reply saying they have tech issues and are working on it. Then suddenly 1 of 2 items showed up as in transit on there Track it app...whatever. I asked about second item but no reply. Both are in stock? My wife ordered something 3 months ago and gave up. I didnt realize she already tried ordering something here. So that's on me. I guess. Reporting this to anyone that will listen.

I mistakenly purchased two of the same sweatshirts for Christmas b/c the Peanuts Store places extra items in your cart as a "suggestion". Shortly after I contacted them to return both (another family member had already purchased), and was told I could ship back after I receive. I followed the FAQ and shipped back with tracking, the unopened package with packing label. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past month and only received automated replies that "due to volume they will respond w/in two weeks". While I was able to confirm through USPS that the package was received, Peanuts Store has neither provided a refund nor responded. I am not sure what to do next. As time drags on, I'm accepting that they don't just have bad customer service, but are a fraudulent business. I welcome any suggestions for obtaining compensation.
Tip for consumers:
You can buy better quality Peanuts merchandise from other stores. While "Peanuts Store" bills themselves as the official retailer, there are much better chains that sell licensed Peanuts gear of better quality with better customer service.
I have sent emails, text message *******564, call *******322 (opt 1 for CEO left message) Opt 4 Amy customer experience i get the automated response this key is not valid. I filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charge with my CC company.
As previous reviewers have noted, the Official Peanuts Store (peanuts.store) should not be trusted. After scamming customers and temporarily shutting down, the website is back online. However, it is refusing to compensate customers whose money was stolen.
In January, I was charged for an order that was never shipped. My emails were not answered, and, as I said, the website temporarily went down.
Now the website is back up, but they refuse to either honor my purchase or refund my money. A rep, Chris, brushed me off, claiming that because the site is under new management, it is not liable for my order.
I am very disappointed and surprised to see such shady practices under the banner of such a famous brand.
I strongly advise people against giving their money to peanuts.store. They might steal it!
I ordered through the website and have never received the jumper. They are a scam, do not use this company.

No ability to return. I did get my 2 items, and they did respond to one email but nothing since. Total fraud.
A disappointing website for Charlie Brown, Linus, Snoopy, Lucy and the gang. Charles Schulz would of not approved of this website because it does not offer any real value here, just a scheme to make money. You would be much better off using Google to find out more about Peanuts and Charles Schulz. The only thing I would use is the shopping link here to connect me to a totally different website.
I placed 2 t-shirt orders through the Peanuts Store website: one on 8/25/22 (almost 4 months ago!) and one on 10/18/22 (almost 2 months ago!). As of 12/11/22, I have received neither order. Both orders contain Christmas presents.
I wrote to customer service and received the following response on 11/23/22: "I apologize for the delay, we recently resolved a technical error that blocked our orders from reaching the appropriate manufacturers. I just reached out to the manufacturer of your order to confirm its receipt. If they didn't receive it, I'll reprocess the order, which puts it on a 7-14 day timeline for delivery."
By my calculations, 7-14 days from 11/23/22 is 11/30/22-12/7/22. No packages, no correspondence. Have asked for a refund if Christmas delivery cannot be promised.
I do NOT recommend ordering from the Peanuts Store. I know I won't order from them again. Unacceptable.
