I love pearls, so I bought myself a ring and I LOVE it! I will never buy a pearl from anyone else. It's the BEST divorce present
I purchased my pearls for my daughters wedding 18 months ago a bracelet and necklace I was super pleased with them. I have worn these about 4 times once for the wedding and 3 times to dinner they have never be worn no more than an hr or two each time and goes straight back into the box. Upon wearing the pearls to dinner at a winery last week the bracelet fell off my wrist. Upon examining it the little metal crash that hooks round has completely snapped off. I wrote and asked them what could they do to help me and their reply was pay $45 to get it mended, as it's out of warranty. I am refusing to pay this as I have only worn it 4 times and it shouldn't just snap after 4 times. Yes I understand my warranty is over but come on. It's not something I would wear everyday just special occasions. I said maybe it's an inferior weakness in the bend of the metal clasp and they should look at a better clasp because this should not happy. Dress jewelry from the dollar store lasts longer. Like I said no complaints about the actual pearls they r beautiful but the clasp should last longer that wearing it 4 times. I was going to get a matching ring but I am thinking twice about ordering from them again.

At the time I ordered my item was in stock ready to ship. Paid 19 dollars for express shipping and was still waiting 7 days later. Then I found out they came from China. I am only real upset because of the wait. I will get it appraised and find out what I bought in good faith and see if the procuct was worth waiting for. There are blots of good jewlery stores.b Thisb is not one of them.

My boyfriend ordered me a freshwater pearl ring, website said ships immediately, and receive in 2-3 days. Did not ship until 9 days later, received 15 days after ordering. Opened package, ring was absolutely nothing what was advertised. Horrible customer service.
I bought a pearl bracelet with a magnetic clasp however the clasp wasnt magnetic and in fact it is impossible to operate! I called customer service and told them i'd be happy to send back with my own clasp if they could switch it and they said no, there was no solution and i had to pay postage too. The guy was rude and a total idiot.
Ordered a lavender pearl necklace and earrings. They were various shades of greyish pink giving an overall look of blotchiness. Very poor quality. So disappointed.

This is the fourth time I've bought pearl jewelry from this company. They are consistently excellent. Every piece I've bought is above my expectations, and great quality from the piece itself to the packaging & presentation. I also like picking a free gift & using points earned gives more of a discount in price.
They provide a full appraisal with each piece. Other companies only give a certificate to say it's authentic
Only disadvantage is I'd like to be able to customize a piece when ordering. For eg. Make the necklace length longer not just 16" or 18".
Purchased a black akoya pearls for my wife for Christmas, in April one pearl broke. I contacted Pearlsonly the reply was nothing we can do, take it to a jewelry repair shop. So I am concerned about quality and no customer service. Pearlsonly motto should be buy it, but don't wear it, since we will do nothing for you.
My best friend got married recently and she was looking for the perfect pearl earrings. I instantly went online to search on PearlsOnly.com and bought a splendid pair of white pearl earrings. My best friend was absolutely in love and they were exactly what she wanted!
