My wife and I have done Air BNB for years, with great success. We tried (unsuccessfully) to book through Peer Space... super bad interface! First of all, why do you have to input your date and time, only to be told, AFTER you have made an reservation, that the space is not available at that time?! Shouldn't that have already been filtered out?! Then another place wrote back very rudely that they could not accommodate our gathering, assuming that it was some kind of "frat party"... why don't they advertise "No Alcohol" if they have such a visceral reaction?!

We booked a meeting room with Peer Space months in advance. They canceled our booking 4 business days before our meeting and left us scrambling to find a new venue.
Will steal your money. Horrible cancellation policy. You will never recieve a refund if your booking never falls through they will still charge you. They are theives, do not use their services. Fradulent attempt to steal money.
