This is a scam. The product arrived after the two week trial period. They don't let you return it once it's been opened. All attempts to contact them are met with idiotic errors on their part. Promised emails were not sent. Emails sent by me (several times) were reported as not received. Finally, after months of wrangling, they said my request was denied. No reason given. I believe this was always the agenda. They never intended to give any free trial. My real rating is 0

There is no sample. They send you a product that you have 2 weeks to cancel. They charge your credit card under dubious names and contact numbers. A very overpriced product. Buy yourself an aloe Vera plant. Better and cheaper.
If you google pellamore reviews, scams etc., they have dozens of paid websites. I had to Google consumer reports to find this site.
Not honest. And impossible to get a refund. Lesson learned.
This company is a scam! I got my trial offer from them and nothing else, but they still charged my credit card, I called them in November of 22, and cancelled, I also cancelled my credit card so they cant charge any more. The company promised med they would give a refund and said ai have to wait 10 days, nothing happened, I called them on January 23 rd 2023. They went out of business, now they are selling other products and still advertising a free offer until they scam you. This company is a scam!
My bank is currently launching a fraud investigation into this "free" sample scam. If you have already subscribed to this sampling arrangement, check your credit card for alternate vendor names and charges of about $125 USD. Do not open the products since they need to be returned for any fraud investigation. Do not agree to a partial refund.
If I could give a zero rating. I would. The product is a total waste of money. It is supposed to be a free trial, but they won't take the product back if it is opened. They do not tell you that they will be charging you for the full price in 2 weeks after they ship. And customer service does not have any authority. I actually feel bad for them, that they have to take these calls all day from unsatisfied customers and can't do anything. Terrible company and even worse product! Run very fast away.

Do not buy from these crooks! They are a total scam! Charged for a cream and a serum! I was to only pay for shipping. Not worth the aggravation to try to get your money back as they refused to do so when you realize that they will charge you monthly on your credit card. DO NOT BUY or you will lose your money and temper! They should be reported!
I fell into this based on a claim that a tv show promoted this business - Shark Tank, I think it was. Somehow I ended up with 3 charges on my credit card and an expensive subscription. I had this happen to me once before, several years ago with another company that did the same thing. They don't tell you it's a subscription to monthly products that are very expensive. These people should NOT be allowed to be in business. It felt wrong to me, so I looked them up online and found this site. Sure enough, it was a scam to get your credit card number so they can keep charging you for future products at inflated prices. Within 4 hours I called and tried to cancel. They said, nope, the order has already gone to the warehouse and I have to pay for what I ordered, but as a courtesy? They would cancel my subscription. What subscription? So I called the bank and told them about it and they said they could cancel my credit card to insure that no future charges could go thru, but the first shipment needs to arrive in 2 weeks and if it doesn't they could dispute the charge. If it does arrive, I can return it and if I don't get a refund, then they could also dispute the charge. No bank fee involved. So I will be returning the unopened packages and ask for a signature to verify they received it, then wait and see what happens. It's not like I'm missing out on any amazing product here either. That's an hour of my life now I'll never get back, and now I also have to notify several businesses that my CC# has changed.

Be very wary, I got an email for a cream from Costco (?), ordered it for around $40. Products came and I thought that was it but found 2 credit card charges of $190 and $182, my bank could'nt help me but advised of the scam and how I signed up unknowingly to a monthly subscription of some sort! I then managed to cancel the subscription (received zilch for it) and requested my money back. I finally called after two months and was told it wasn't going to happen. Furious with myself for my idiocy and want this crooked company operating out of Florida shut down.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company and question whether stores like Costco would send these ads to begin with!

Product was ordered by my wife who had Alhzeimer's ( has since passed away) who understood she had to pay only $ 4.99 ( shipping). Then we were billed $ 172.00 and then we were told we couldn't return because it had been opened. Then we were billed $ 6.60 for a magazine subscription. Presently fighting with then in order to get a refund. Very hard to find phone contact. We used the product and it was worthless.
I can't believe this. I was charged 133.49 and 128.25(US funds)unbeknowst to me. I've called numerous times to get a refund. My free trial products (Pellamore Moisture Therapy and Pellamore Lifting Serum)are still unopened. With the conversion to Canadian funds -these 2 charges plus the 2 earlier shipping charges with the Free Trial Products -I've been scamed almost $400 Cdn.If anybody had success getting their money back please let me know.Dan A

I ordered, order did not arr, I emailed them asking where order was when I saw charges on credit cards. I was told order was refused and returned! Total crap! I never received it nor any notice of delivery or anything! I then requested refund, now they are refusing to refund me! I am reporting them as a fraudulent business,
Tip for consumers:
Do not deal with this fraudulent company!

Don't know if products are any good - still fighting to get $173 Cdn back - don't know what it was charged for. Ordered one small item and have received 4 smaller visa charges - received 3 small items none of which I ordered. Lesson learned - never order anything new without first reading reviews.
They ad as a free sample and it subscribe you ( WTF) for something that you never asked for. Total SCAM! Now having a headache to cancel the credit card and won't see the fees returned.

Pellamore tricks you into paying full price for samples that they say are free then they automatically bill you $128.25(usd) on your visa for the lifting serum sample (. 5 ounces) ridiculous price. They are not transparent in their billings, the name pellamore never appears on your visa (ultravitalmaxexperts, ultrpremiumperfectshape, newafflictionbrilliant, amazingpremiernaturalno2) you don't know who is charging you. If you want to get a real person to complain or cancel the membership call one - eight three three - three four six - one eight two zero, Interesting this review box won't reveal a phone number, I guess so you can't call them.
Tip for consumers:
be aware you are signing up for a membership when you agree to receiving the "free" samples, they are not.

You pay for a sample jar and they send you an email telling you that you have been automatically subscribed for 347$ Automatically billed to your credit card. Email says do not reply as no one monitors the email. They give you a number with less than 24 hours to call and cancel. I called and got an incredibly rude man telling me I must go my computer so he can link in. When I said no he told me to F*** off and I will be sent the product over and over and continuously billed and hung up. This business is a fraud and I am giving warning that you should stay away. I hope every single person who is affiliated with this company is charged and goes to jail. I cancelled my credit card because of these criminals. Beware! It should be 0 stars but you have to chose a rating.
Tip for consumers:
Do not make order. They will bill you 347$ in less than 2 weeks after initial purchase

I wish I had read the reviews on this channel- they sent you a sample saying that it cost $4.99 as a trial sample and then within 3 days they charge me US$133.00 for the 4 oz sample- what big thieves these people are- they rip you off big time and they used my credit card without authorization. I wish the FEDs could investigate them- what a big scam. They dont give you a chance - they say the small bottle is a trial sample and then they charge you US$133.00 for it - It is a downright shame and it is absolutely nothing good about it. It is not even worth 0.05cents. I can go on and on - I called and these thieves were bold enough to say they charge me for the sample- and now I have lost all my money!
I was offered a survey about Shopper's Drugmart and told that I would get $90. Worth of products. Turned out not to be at Shopper's Drugmart and I had to pay for shipping (That is how they get your credit card number).
No email address, no possible contact on their website, no details about shipping in US$ or about a future charge or a monthly subscription of any kind.
While I tried to contact them through their website, I ended up ordering twice more as when you try to back up they automatically charge your credit card (they have it on file already) so without putting it in again, it gets charged again.
On my credit card, three different names, three different phone numbers (in India). It was terribly hard to get them to cancel, still not sure that I am in the clear as I don't trust them.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT GO TO THEIR SITE. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS
Products used:
None as it is crap. They just want your credit card number so they can charge it in the future without your knowledge or authorization. Very hard to get out of their grip once they have your info.
A free trial offer of Moisture Therapy and Lifting Serum was not a free trial offer.
They mail the product and bill you 133US$. You can't return your purchase for a refund. I made three attempts with no success.
Some one should initiate a class action towards Pellarmore
Tip for consumers:
A complete address in Toronto, North York. That is actual Street number and Street name as well as a phone number that works. Not the phone *******953 listed which does not connect

Pellamore is a subscription scam - plain and simple. After receiving their 'bait' sample and unwittingly being locked into their subscription, you will be charged in excess of $175 for a 30 ml pot of so-so face moisturizer. Each charge on your credit card will be billed under a different company name - it changes every month. This is obviously so that it becomes impossible to trace them or contact them. The first month I was charged 2 x $175 within a day of each charge. In total I ended up being scammed out of $700 for 3 x 30 ml pots of face cream. I called visa and complained. They said that there was nothing that they could do about it as technically they were providing a product - and 'somewhere' in the fineprint I had agreed to a subscription. They agreed that it was unscrupulous and essentially a scam, but all they could do was give me the actual number that I could call to cancel. It was of course a call center in India. The number if you need it is *******950. If you don't have this number, it is literally and deliberately impossible to contact them
Tip for consumers:
please don't. It is an absolute scam

They charged me $177 for free sample! No response when I email them, it's fraud and total scam! Don't get the "free sample"!
Without it being clear I was doing so, I was subscribed to receiving a Pellamore product. (I believe it was being offered through Shopper's Drug Mart as a trial).
A few very expensive charges to my Visa account later, I finally figured out that I had been automatically subscribed.
My advice: steer clear of this company!
This company should not be doing what they are doing. They are totally scamming people out of their hard earned funds. Do not go for it Scam Scam Scam worthless company with worthless employees who work for a company that cheats people.
I ordered the FREE SAMPLE to try. Next thing I knew I was charged over $177 and signed up for monthly shipments (fineprint?). You can not send the product back if it is opened, so what is the point of trying the sample to see if you like it and want to purchase it? If it worked I would have purchased it on my own, I don't appreciate being forced. THE PRODUCTS DID NOTHING. I tried to get them to withdraw the charge for the FREE SAMPLE but they refused and hung up on me. DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN THE SCAM. I would not normally buy a product online but when I googled SHARK TANK all in on this product, I thought it might be worth it. NOT!
Tip for consumers:
I thought I read everything, but somehow missed this information. I found out, if you don't call and cancel within 14 days you will be signed up automatically. You can not return the product if it is opened either, but then, how would you know if it is something works for you? I was told this is how other online companies do things too. So be careful when ordering online. Also, if you cancel, get a confirmation # otherwise they can just keep charging you. They are not a reputable company.

I stupidly clicked on the free sample. I knew I should be weary. I was in hospital and really bored waiting for my body to heal. Nonetheless, I knew it was not worthy immediately, when the next day the package arrived, with no invoice. Who does business like this. This was November 12th. I got charged automatically for $133.29 and two days later another similar/identical automated charge appeared on my Van City Visa Bill. I knew it was a disaster. Now, after calling Pellamore they said just go to their refund site and they'd refund me immediately. Only thing is there is a link, but it has nothing to do with a refund, just a pile(22) of bad reviews. So the person on the phone said just make sure you 'fill your information out" and they would proceed to refund me. I am again aghast at my simple (Canadian) trust. I reported it to Visa and they automatically had paid the $$365.00 for the charges that were invented by Pellamore Canada, and I opened a dispute from within Visa. Uncannily, the first bill was on Nov 12 and then four days later they billed another almost identical amount. When a company steals funds in this manner there should be a legal ramification. I don't think the hours I will have to put in to pursue this refund of MY MONEY is ever considered. And again, unfortunately I don't think this will deter this company from automatically inventing and billing possible clients. Visa said they would pursue this for me only after I paid the amount in question, and that I should keep a record of our ccnversation. The person I spoke to was called 'Usaid". Or is this even true. Usaid said to just click on the link, and I did, but it only afforded me an opportunity to write and warn other future clients.
So Please don't be as careless as I was. Before clicking on a free offer, google it and read up. It will take awhile to get my funds back.I am not shopping online unless there is a peer review that is shining.and. Unless it's a major company that will definitely honour it's agreements,
Tip for consumers:
That once the company has your credit card then you will be part of an automatic billing for products you will never ever receive.
