We were really happy to use Pepipost for some of our clients - With cash backs provided on emails opened, it resulted in a lot of savings for some of our ecommerce and insurance aggregator clients who send transactional emails.
In our attempt to learn more about Pepipost, we decided to create an account to test deliver rates and what-not. During this process they require you to validate your domain and do a compliance check. We attempted to sign up for their service, in which they decided to not accept our signup. I attempted to communicate with them in regards to getting the domain approved since we use a different domain for email which redirects to our main website, but communication doesn't seem to be a strong suit for their team. Overall, it was a negative experience. Can't really recommend them, but I don't know what their service is like for those that somehow get a magic roll on being allowed to be on their platform.
