As a business owner, I have used pet edge for over 10 years. Today, I found the loyalty that petedge has for their regular clients is despicable. I purchased a sprayer for over 50.00 plus tax etc. I called to request a replacement as within the first week, the nozzle was spraying everywhere and the dial no longer worked. They informed me that to replace my sprayer, it would cost me 74.00 and would refund only the original cost. I'm done with petedge. I will NEVER purchase another item from petedge again. Petedge lost their customer service and loyalty somewhere down thine but they have also lost my business permanently. Buyer beware!

As a business owner, I have used pet edge for over 10 years. Today, I found the loyalty that petedge has for their regular clients is despicable. I purchased a sprayer for over 50.00 plus tax etc. I called to request a replacement as within the first week, the nozzle was spraying everywhere and the dial no longer worked. They informed me that to replace my sprayer, it would cost me 74.00 and would refund only the original cost. I'm done with petedge. I will NEVER purchase another item from petedge again. Petedge lost their customer service and loyalty somewhere down thine but they have also lost my business permanently.

Buyer beware!

I purchased an elevated white dog tub and instead received an ivory tub. The description on the website and all the correspondence I received called it white. Despite the fact that they sell some of their tubs as "white" and some as "Ivory" they tried to tell me they are the same color and ivory is a form of white. Obviously no one there has ever purchased either a toilet or bathtub for their home as there is a very clear distinction made between the two colors. I could not get them to understand why this was a problem. They offered me $50 to keep it and otherwise I have to re-crate the tub, get it picked up, wait for a refund and repurchase a different color and wait for the shipping all over again. My impression of the company is they are much more concerned with their money than having happy customers. I'm frustrated with the company's lack of concern for a problem they created.

I was excited to order a new high end set of grooming shears. When it was delivered each pair were unfastened & unwrapped one was open and loose in the case, leaving 2 pairs damaged. In addition two pairs were the wrong size so having purchased 8 1/2" set I received the 7 1/2" set ($50 difference). They attempted to dispute whether I actually received the wrong set and requested pictures which I sent several showing comparisons of a 7 1/2" straight shears and 8 1/2".
While waiting to resolve this I ordered several more expensive Kenshii products and when my $409+ order was said to be delivered it was not left at the correct address and missing. After calling customer service 3X being told someone would call back (never received one) they told me I needed to file a police report and they would not assist further in any way. How is this ok? There was no option to give detailed delivery instructions nor one that added insurance on my package. They were Sry rude and not remorseful in the smallest of ways. No "I'm so sorry this happened and not only are you out $700 you also still need to purchase a new set of shears because they were never delivered"! How is this ok?
I'm honestly outraged! Never will order from here again and I suggest you don't either.

Customer service was rude & unhelpful. I was told I’d receive a call back 2x but never did and they never even gave me an “im sorry this happened”

Products used:
I didn’t use any of the high end grooming shears I ordered because they were damaged due to improper packaging then the replacement set was lost in the mail. Never received the item or a refund not even a credit. Horrible experience out over $700

I placed an order on this website. I was told to wait three to four weeks. I waited when that date arrived my order still wasn't ready I was told to wait longer. Which I did and then I got an email stating they cancelled my order I waited over a month for this product that never arrived never ordering from here again

I made an order over a week ago. Today I checked my email to see what was going on with the order. It said I was charged, yet said the items were no longer available for sale. I called to check what was happening and was greeted with an annoying, incompetent voicemail system. I did what it said, but it did not respond. Then I was greeted by a person who was incapable of getting information about my order through the confirmation code and took forever to do so and who finally hung up on me/disconnected? Then I called back and spoke to a supervisor who was RIDICULOUSLY incompetent, who didn't know what had happened, and was barely apologetic. After explaining that I spent hours researching and finally landed on the items I ordered, he was apathetic. Now I have to make sure my credit card wasn't charged and have to find the items elsewhere.
What a total waste of time! I will never order from them ever again. They are inept and have no good sense of customer service. So much for my time sensitive delivery. People like this should not run businesses.

My friend told me about this site. I like that it's easy to navigate, they have a good selection and the prices are comparable and many times cheaper the other stores and sites. Can't always count on them to be in stock but that's not a big deal.

7 days after I order placed the my order I logged onto their site to check on delivery since it should already be here. The status says "pending". I called and and they said it STILL has not left their wharehouse. No phone call, no email from them saying there is a delay. When I asked why it hadnt left yet the customer service agent just said the wharehouse is backed up and she could email them to sent the order out today. I asked them to expedite it since they delayed the order and they refused. Customer service agent was rude and had the nerve to say I was hostile towards her when all I wanted was my order shipped. I asked for a supervisor and she refused at first and finally said she would have him call me. Supervisor refused my expedited request as well. There are plenty of other suppliers to buy pet grooming supplies from... I will give my business to someone else. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PET EDGE! Customer loyalty means nothing to this company.

I've been using this website for years and, yes, they have a great selection and APPEAR to have great prices, but I was shocked when I placed an order this week and came up with $30.58 in shipping charges. Outrageous. Didnt even order anything extra heavy! Not a happy camper.

I'm highly disappointed in the changes they made to their Top Performance Green Tea and Mint shampoo. No notice was given of a formula change. I ordered two 2.5 gallon jugs and totally regret it. The shampoo has a totally different scent than before and the dogs don't smell clean after being bathed with this new shampoo. I've had multiple clients ask me if I've changed shampoo since their dogs' don't have the nice smell that used to last for weeks. I even had one client ask if I had bathed their dog (which I had), but the dog didn't have a nice scent to it after. I'll be looking for a new shampoo even though I've used this one since it came out. I'll probably just find a new distributor altogether. So much for a head's up.

Pet edge is a great website for those with pets, especially multiple ones, to be able to purchase products at wholesale prices. Though Petedge puts out a monthly catalog, for the most current specials and the best deals check the website which does appear to updated daily. Another option that Pet edge has that many of its competitors don't have, is the option to place your order of the phone, which is perfect for my mom who is not tech savvy. Shipping is quick too, so I rarely bother to pay for expedited shipping. My items typically arrive in two to three days after ordering them and I have even had them arrive the very next day. The items are always exactly what is represented on the website, which contains pictures, a description and reviews for each item. I recognize many of the items I see on Petedge at Petstores, but for double the price. This is an easy to order from website with reasonable and sometimes very cheap prices on closeouts and clearance items. I would also recommend this website as a great choice from groomers, doggie day cares and those who like to get quality for a reasonable price.

I ordered a 5 gallon shampoo and added 2 scissors so I could get free shipping. I was informed my shampoo would not get to me for a month in a half so I canceled my order completely. I get a email 2 days later that the scissors are coming so I check my card I was also charged for the shampoo. They usually dont charge till your item is shipped never got the shampoo so I called for a refund they gave me a refund but then charged me for the shipping of the scissors so I did not get the full amount taken out mind you the shipping was free to begin with cause the original order was over $99 and mind you I canceled the whole order and they still ran the order that was there wrong doing

I have been a cust for 7 years.The last 10 paks of Super Absorbency pads the worst I every got. The pads were so thin and the netting kept coming off

I paid $7 for 1-7 day shipping. That was 12 days ago. The item is still in transit. I contacted PetEdge about this a few days ago. Not even an apology. I will never buy anything from this vendor.
