Petfenceusa charged my account and more than a month have passed and I havent received my package. I called several times and they kept saying that i was going to get my order in 4 days. Now I am trying to cancel it and get my money back. They are scamming the customers.

I chose the products I wanted to order from petfenceusa.com. The website promised a 5% discount on orders over $100. My order was 2 products-the first was about $36.00 & the second was about $330.00 with the total over $366.00. I put the 5% off code (FIVEOFF) into the check-out form, & the discount was only $1.86. I called the customer service & was told that there was an * (asterick) to a paragraph that said the discount only applied to certain products. When I told her that there was no asterick on the page, she put me on hold for a long time. I almost hung up. When she came back, she said they had decided to give me the discount. (I think they give the discount only to people that catch them in their deception, because as of now, they haven't changed the wesite. It still gives incorrect or no discount.) So, the accounting department said the discount was $16 & change, but that was not 5%of the order. When I pointed out that the discount should be over $18.00, she had to call her Supervisor. The Supervisor came on & admitted they were "wrong" on the math. I decided they were not trustworthy, so I cancelled my order. Watch out for this sneaky company that is very rude when you catch them in their deceptive practices.
